Tru by Hilton Pensacola Airport Medical Center

Hotel was clean bartender was extraordinarily helpful and the staff were genuinely caring.

Unfortunately the walls are so thin we were unable to sleep. The people above us walked around and were moving things all night. And when I say all night, it was 4am when it finally stopped. I waited to call down to the front desk until 3:45 am because I didn't want to wake my daughter up. I should have called earlier, but kept thinking it would stop. We are traveling today and are all so tired. Will not be staying at another Tru. Ever.

From the check-in person Kristen to the room everything was great! Kristen got me checked-in and was super friendly the entire time. When I got to the room, it was very clean and had ample room. Will definitely stay here again!

Very friendly front desk staff. The property looks and feels new. The rooms are modern but small. This would be fine for 2 nights, a longer stay and i believe you would feel cramped. This is the first property to acknowledge us as hylton memebers.

Breakfast was awful—oatmeal was cold and water pooling on top of it like it didn’t cook at all when I checked at 730 and at 930. The bread looked moldy. The black tea was of poor quality. Otherwise, the hotel is super cute and conveniently located.

This is close to the airport and they provide shuttle service to the airport. its near restaurants and they have a fantastic break buffet.

We got there at midnight and the front desk staff was very welcoming… after a long day of travel that was an added plus!

Stayed for a quick overnight trip. Staff was welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

It was great. Service was fast and everyone was friendly. Very clean and the breakfast was nice! My toddler loved the pancake machine!
