房間挺大的，整個佈局很是温馨舒適．洗手間也是我們喜歡的風格，房間暖氣可自行調空．早餐很好，服務員態度特別特別的親切．交通便利快捷，因為在鎮中心．我們會再光顧這家店的．

Just the best place to stay,drink,and eat in Penrith!! Immaculate rooms,comfortable beds,great shower and bath. Bar and staff are excellent. Highly recommend. Dawn and Co still maintaining their high standards. Owners still providing a brilliant place to be Sir Anthony

Great location if getting to Penrith by train or car with a car park at the back of the hotel . Hotel is on the Main Street through the town but I stayed in room 4 (on the front) and it’s not noisy at all . The evening meal menu was huge, with lots of choice and the Chicken Fajitas were fab , breakfast really good and both meals piping hot. My only criticism was my shower which was not great , shower head broken and not ideal ! Otherwise great

We stayed on our way up to Scotland, the room was lovely we had a superior room with bath in the bedroom. The restaurant food was amazing highly recommend and breakfast was also lovely and staff lovely. Can’t fault the hotel at all would definitely stop over again x

What an unexpected find! A really lovely hotel in the centre of Penrith. We had a warm welcome and our room card with a copy of our receipt. Very efficient! The room was large and very clean and the bathroom was brilliant. Tea and coffee facilities. We booked a table for a meal in the evening and it was well cooked and very tasty. The breakfast in the morning was also delicious - would recommend the smoked salmon and scrambled egg. Loads of salmon! The waitress was lovely! The best part of it was the price. Unbelievable good value for money. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had an overnight stop here. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good - glad to see that there were vegetarian options available. We had an evening meal when we arrived, the food was good, and there were several vegetarian and vegan options on the menu. The lovely ladies behind the bar were very helpful in find vegetarian suitable wine for me as well.

We had a family get together here (10 of us). The food and service was absolutely amazing. There is a super outside area if the weather permits (The Print Rooms) which it did on this occasion and it was like eating out abroad. We spent the afternoon there an can't wait to go back. We stayed here once before overnight and the breakfast was awesome.

Stayed one night on our way to Scotland. A very pleasant hotel, room & bathroom clean and comfortable. We had an evening meal, which was tasty, and the breakfast menu had plenty of choice, and the food, again, was tasty and well prepared. The bar was also cosy, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Free car park a short, about a minute walk away, at the rear of hotel. Can't fault our stay, highly recommended.

Had an excellent stay at The Lounge. The staff were so friendly and my room (room 1) was comfortable and well equipped with a good shower. Breakfast was delicious with local produce and choice of fruit and yoghurts. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning!
