Comenzamos con el servicio. Desde día uno la atención al cliente fue muy buena, nos ayudaron a elegir la mejor suite agradecido por eso. El lugar es muy bonito, la habitación es muy cómoda así como la cama. La comida es muy buena y si son de paladares sencillo la pizza que hacen es de alta calidad. El agua caliente a veces falla pero el equipo ayudó inmediato con el problema, los baños son muy limpios. Gracias.

Really nice experience. The place is really beautiful and has a lot of nice activities to enjoy. Would definitely go back another time with my husband and spend the weekend there. We went in rainy season and still is very very enjoyable under the rain.

Inoubliable Dormir dans une bulle équipée au milieu d’une nature apaisante et sécurisée est original et séduisant. Cuisine réfléchie qui permet de trancher avec la cuisine traditionnelle colombienne un peu… répétitive. Loisirs multiples autour du lac. Rencontres d’autres voyageurs du monde entier autour d’un grand feu de bois.

Beautiful place..didn't like the bathroom is orher side where your staying downstairs to scary if have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, also its be nice if they put a tv its be more comfortable if your going to stay more than 2 nights. Its will get boring. But overall its was a good experience.
