Hotel Boutique Barra Alta (Adults Only)

We have just had a fabulous stay in this family run hotel. We stayed in room 3 which has a small balcony with a table and chairs and overlooks the castle and the square, perfect for an evening drink as the sun sets. Good size room, with small fridge to put your drinks in, safe available for 3€ per day, large bathroom and great shower. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the decor was modern. The breakfast for €6 was basic, toast, juice and coffee but freshly prepared and we had enough to eat. We ate in the restaurant on one evening and had a good meal. We were able to park the car in the square in front of the hotel and were lucky to get a space and didn’t move it for 3 days, it was free until the 1st of June then it is pay and display. There is another large car park a few minutes walk from the hotel if you can’t find a space. Peniscola is a great place to stay and we spent a whole day around the castle and there are some good restaurants up there We would like to thank Paco, Juan and all the staff who were very friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble Would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back in the future

5 star, exceptional staff, Paco was lovely & very helpful, rooms are uber clean and fresh, we had breakfast and evening meals both of which were excellent, we would definitely stay again, one very big thank-you to Paco and all the team, we enjoyed 😎👍

Hotel pequeño y tranquilo muy bien situado. Pegado a la playa, a la zona antigua, a 3 minutos andando de la oficina de turismo. Con facil aparcamiento, en la propia plaza, durante unas fechas no hay que pagar hora. O en un parking a 2 minutos andando. La habitación es espaciosa y bastante silenciosa, cama grande y colchón cómodo, con una pequeña nevera. Tienen restaurante donde también se puede desayunar con unos precios correctos. Fantástico trato familiar. Sin dudarlo lo recomiendo.
