酒店房間不錯，小朋友加床需要加收，洗澡不太方便，水是鹹的，房間的浴缸手持花灑無法正常使用，帶的早餐差點意思

This place was hideous! I IMMEDIATELY checked out and requested a refund, even though I did not know where I was going to stay on the island, ANYWHERE else would have been better than this! The worker apologized profusely and indicated that the owner just refuses to do maintenance to the property. Curtains were stained, towels were dingy, doors had huge gaps AND didn't close all the way let alone lock, The pool had an oily film in it. The bathtub was disgusting. Paint was peeling off the walls, and I got bit by 5 mosquitos inside the villa within minutes of arriving despite the multiple mosquito repellant coils that were burning! Mind you, I have been in Bali for 2 weeks already and have repellant, but this place is infested. Even the villas I ended up moving to did not have this problem and it had an outdoor bathroom as well. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache. There is NO price point that I would even say this place is ok. You can get MUCH better accommodations on the island for the same if not lower price! It should be a crime that this place is still open! Again BEWARE!

Beautiful villas close to the port, bars, beaches and restaurants. Villas are spotlessly clean and luxurious. Private pool is amazing! The only problem we had was not having any hot water..... This was unresolved for the duration of our stay so cold showers and not able to use the bath. The staff are very welcoming and kind. We both enjoyed massages here and breakfasts each morning. We would definitely recommend!

Myself and my partner stated here for 3 nights for our honeymoon. Everything about this stay was wonderful, the team were proactive and could not do enough for us. The villa is in a perfect location, only minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and bars. Really could not recommend this place enough, the room and pool were clean, the in house spa and room service on time and offering exceptional service. 10/10 would fully recommend. Unfortunately there will only be limited photos of the villa just realised was enjoying it far too much to get more snaps.

The Villa was great, staff were amazing, helpful and extremely friendly and they were the best part of the experience. The only adjustment I would suggest is bigger air conditioners for the Villa as it got a bit hot midday.

I really recommend Gili A Villa. We stayed here for our honeymoon and they made it the most special experience. The staff are the most hardworking and kindest people I have ever come across. Nothing is too much trouble and they look after you in every possible way. June was particularly amazing, serving our breakfast, changing our mosquito burner each night, helping us with small gecko issue and recommending where to go on the island. They will meet you at the harbour and carry bags to the villa and do the same when you leave. We wanted to open a bottle of wine with a cork and they went to the trouble or getting a drill and nail to get it out, because there was now corkscrew. Literally will do anything for you to have the best stay. We had excellent massages in the comfort of our room. The villa is really close to the beach where sunrise is. Honestly top class service and will definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay. We loved the private pool right outside the room, loved the big spacious & luxurious feeling room, loved how clean things were & lived the wonderful staff, who couldn't do enough to make our stay perfect. The bed was very comfortable, as we're the pillows & the bathroom nice too. The air conditioning worked well & the huge TV was connected to Internet. its an easy 2-3 min walk to the best beach & the beachfront restaurants & about 5 mins walk to the heart of the tiny "town" shops & restaurants. If we come to gili Air again we would definitely choose to stay here again, only for longer next time..
