Recommended by our hosts as best pub/restaurant in Pembroke . My wife and I had a very good dinner there. Staff were faultless, and the barman showed great professionalism. In fact he just got us drinks, showed us our table etc but you could tell that he knew how to deal with people. I can well believe it,s the best place in town.

Warm welcome. Comfortable rooms. Fabulous food. Warm welcome. Comfortable rooms. Fabulous food. And a very convenient situation in the heart of town. Managed to do a wonderful walk out along the estuary from the hotel one day, so didn’t have to use the car. And a hearty cooked breakfast! Would definitely stay again.

Lovely old Welsh hotel in the main part of town. It has great traditional decor, wonderful room with large window, breakfast was very nice with very helpful staff. The only problem we had was the absence of much in the way of public transportation from the ferry port to the main part of Pembroke where the hotel was located. That was not the fault of the hotel so the hotel itself was great!

Just want to be completely honest !!! Went into the kings arms Pembroke with my partner We had to wait nearly 10 mins to get served x2 pints and bar wasn't busy We asked the bar tender if we could sit at an empty table in the window to drink our drinks his response was ide rather you not sit there even though there were plenty of other tables empty aswell in the bar He said you can sit upstairs in a room where there were no other patrons he made us feel very unwelcome and outcast Real shame he has such a poor attitude towards local patrons I would not recommend using the kings arms for a drink evening time for social Meeting ect Especially when the most unwelcoming barman is working there very sad somone can make you feel so unwelcome in a local pub

Overnight Stay You get a warm welcome on arrival. The hotel is situated in a great place opposite the CSTLE. The room was warm, clean and very comfortable with plenty of tea and coffee. Great place to stay.

Average The room was average and tired but comfortable enough for a nights rest. Didn’t go for breakfast as there was no appeal to the dining area. Wasn’t informed until after booking that breakfast was continental and that there was no restaurant service as they were undergoing reservations, if we had know this we may have booked somewhere else

Everything was very average, apart from the staff; who were generally rude and disinterested. No please or thank you’s. Place was dated and huge portions don’t mean the food is any good. Like stepping back in time to the 80’s. Rooms were very dated and need some TLC. No free water available, despite the glasses. Just bang average.

Pembrokeshire Paddlers had their Xmas meal her last night. Initially we had our own sofa room upstairs, to meet up and chatter, before going to our well decked out Galleon Restaurant, which we had all to ourselves. The service and layout was amazing. The food was stunning. We had our own waitress all night, who made sure everything was on cue and that we were all good. Would definitely go back there again! 😋
