Karratha International Hotel

We had reservations for a Premier Suite room. Upon our arrival we were accommodated quickly, great customer service with a smile. Our room was very nice, living area was very spacious, bath and sleeping area were well appointed. Hotel amenities are very nice, especially the pool area, and laundry area with a washer and dryer.

Had another great stay at the KI,from check in to check out! The phone call from reception about 45 mins after check in to see if everything was good in the room was really thoughtful,and yes the room was great! Fantastic food from the restaurant as always,wonderful service too. Special thanks to Lee for stopping the pool cleaning at 6:50 am so I could have a quick swim before breakfast, very much appreciated Lee,and Kosta

Hi I am living there for 3 nights. I am still here in september. I found small LIZARD come on my bed from top suddenly and gone somewhere inside bed. I told them to change room and manager and maintenance guy said they don't have room available. After working long hours so night gonna be hard as well. So if you wanna choose to stay over here AT YOUR RISK ADVICE IS BRING EARPLUGS.

We live locally but decided to stay the night with the new menu launch. The food was AMAZING and very adorable. We were greeted by Mitch at the front desk who was more than accommodating then served by a French waiter Sebastian along with Roger who was so understanding with our toddler. I can’t thank everyone enough for our night out with how accommodating and how special you made us feel even when so busy.

I had to stay for a night because I was travelling for business. The breakfast was average with few options. The internet connection was good for reading the news but not as good for doing some work. The staff in the restaurant and the bar were very nice and helpful.

i stayed for a night after attending a seminar at the hotel. i liked you could park your car right outside your hotel door. with another door on the other side of the room toward the internal hotel maze of walkways. the room was very spacious, with a king size bed, bedside tables, large desk & table with bar fridge & sitting chair. a large flat screen TV is wall mounted above the desk. the king size bed was very comfortable with crisp white linen. and high quality pillows. the wardrobe had spare pillows & blanket. all the things you need for a good night's sleep. the bar fridge had 2 complimentary bottles of water. the ensuite bathroom was also spacious with large walk in shower. the shower head was blocked & resulting in poor water pressure & spraying out of the cubicle & flooding the bathroom. i really liked the large bottles of toiletries - body lotion, hand wash, body wash, shampoo & conditioner. towels were good quality & thick although a little small (small bath towels & not bath sheets). face washer, bath mat & hand towel also provided. given the price paid & catering for the corporate traveller, the only thing i would say was missing was USB charge station at the desk or bedside tables. the food at the seminar was delicious. i ordered the fish & chips for dinner but was very disappointed & the fish tasted terrible, clearly frozen poor quality. the buffet breakfast was plentiful. i highly rate the staff service - be it at the reception desk or restaurant. overall, i would return to stay at this hotel but would eat dinner elsewhere.
