Insula Resort & Spa

I didn’t believe the reviews but out of our group of 7 people 5 got food poisoning. One threw up all night and had to spend an entire day in bed after. I noticed the same food being served days in a row and some of the foods were clearly altered. I saw other people throwing up around the hotel and heard of people that ended up in the hospital after coming to this resort. The comments about the staff not knowing english are true as well. Barely anyone speaks english and they don’t even clean the room unless you tip them.

Hello everyone, i wish have nice holiday, this hotel is amazing especially entartainment team, exacly they so funny and hotel wiew, food and rooms is amazing, thank u so much for everyone and especially huso, gokhan, emir and Gizem.... Animatiooooonnnn

Hotel rooms are renovated, common areas are decent and modern, territory is well maintained, lots of greens and trees, kids club is new and modern. The only downside is super loud Russian music all day long, animation team does not care much about sound level and music quality. Animation team activities are average and almost the same every day. Evening shows were all dancing. Lots of food choices, wide selection of salads, sweets and others, You can find almost everything for Your choices. Close distance to village center, shops etc

The advantages of the hotel 1. Big pool + pool with slides + beach front 2. Animation team is very friendly, funny and engaging 3. Very cute cats are living in the hotel’s territory Disadvantages 1. The food is tasteless 2. Reception staff needs training on how to deliver an appropriate costumer service 3. As a couple we booked a double bedroom but received a family room of four beds which for two persons is a bit too much of a space 4. Ultra all inclusive should include at least one sort of alcohol which is known worldwide, however, there was only local cheap drinks. Wine tasted horrible 5. Spa area need a renovation, we were glad that we went outside the hotel for the hanmam experience Overall, this hotel is not a five star, I would say three. Never been happier to come back home from a holiday since for the last four days staying there I received a food poisoning and was feeling very unwell.

great hotel, but the occupancy of the sunbeds is driving me crazy. people hang up their towels and leave for the day.. the place is great, there is a lot of action.. the staff are friendly and helpful... I really recommend it.. Thanks Insula ❤️

Great hotel, great atmosphere and animation. Big recreation area, clean and big pools. Good food with great service and lots of bars. Rooms are large and clean, even local (Czech) TV. Great access to the city and surrounding shops. Highly recommended!
