Anassa Mare Villas & Residences

Anassa Mare had loads of potential and is well situated, just outside Gaios, right on the beach. However, it's old, grubby and sadly in need of upgrading. The bathrooms have not a single hook nor rail anywhere on which to hang towels? Kitchen is tired, with flaking old melamine cupboards, & black mould in the dishwasher, so very off putting. The kitchen equipment was so mixed up, it was impossible to put 6 glasses together or find plates. We moved to a different villa in the estate, but it was just as badly cleaned. Grubby balcony glass, still with kids hand prints from the previous tenant. Don't deal with Visions Holidays, their rep was useless and offered no help whatsoever. They need to make a site visit to see what they're actually selling. Huge gap between what appeared on line to be a nice villa and what we experienced.

Please see pics and reviews on here from Christina K, jobiker and George, as I echo all their views. The positives of this villa were, its location and outside area. We arrived late so didn’t really take in the interior but when we tried to sleep, the smell of mould and damp became apparent. Day 2 and we thought, it may just be downstairs so moved up. Similar there but not as horrible. I went to their store room and got a clean sheet, throw and pillowcases for the bed. I kept flip flops on all the time (even in shower) and only used one bathroom and the pool shower twice to get washed. I didn’t move because by day 3, I really couldn’t stand the thought of them coming in and trying to make it any better because I had absolutely no faith in their cleaning ability. I asked them not to come mid-week to ‘clean’. I decided I’d raise the issues when I left, with the company I booked with (which I have). It’s completely irresponsible of the owners to hire out this villa in the state it’s in and importantly, it’s unhealthy because of the severity of the damp and mould everywhere, as a minimum, please don’t take any children there.

Ότι χειρότερο μπορούν να προσφέρουν για τα λεφτά που ζητούν. Μας φάγαμε τα μυρμήγκια τα φαγητά, το μπάνιο ήταν απαράδεκτο.., δεν έκλεινε η πόρτα, όποτε φανταστείτε εάν μοιραζόσουνα το δωμάτιο τι σημαίνει αυτό..! Η τουαλέτα ήταν σε θέση που έπρεπε να έχεις κοντά πόδια για να κάτσεις, όποτε έστριβες τον κορμό σου.. Τα στρώματα σκληρά σαν πέτρα, τα μόνα κρεββατια κοντά για ανθρώπους όχι πάνω από 1.70.μ. Έγραφαν ότι είχαν ac στον χώρο του καθιστικού.. δεν υπήρχε βέβαια.., μου έφεραν έναν φορητό ανεμιστήρα. Η κεντρική πόρτα δεν άνοιγε η κλείδωνε εύκολα. Μας έκανε την παραμονή μας προβληματική . Δεν ξεκουραστήκαμε .. μόνο απαίσιο το λες αυτόν τον χώρο για τα 435€ που πήραν την βραδιά για δυο δωμάτια. Μόνο ότι έβλεπες πάνω στον δρόμο την θάλασσα.. το μόνο παρηγορητικό . Έκανα τα παράπονα μου, με διαβεβαίωσαν για αποζημίωση μια νύχτας , όταν είμασταν τέσσερα άτομα για τεσσάρες νύχτας. Γελοία η κίνηση τους, η μου πρόσφεραν χωρίς να πληρώσω διαμονή για άλλες 4 νύχτες. Μόνο μαζοχιστής θα πήγαινε πάλι. Πολύ κακή εμπειρία . Μην πάτε ! Πρώτη φορά δίνω κριτική .. όμως πρέπει ο κόσμος να γνωρίζει και οι υπεύθυνοι να σέβονται τους πελάτες.
