Nice and pleasant place, but the reception service isn't the best. Slow bar service for afternoon drinks.

Probably the best hotel in Pau although located far away from the city center, but nice location in a park. Rooms are okay not more. Breakfast buffet was good. You need to reserve for the indoor pool area to avoid crowds. Possibility to load your e-car indoor.

arrivee facile pas de voiturier pour les bagages grand parking gratuit reception ok mais pas de surclassement platinium suite 418 tres bien vue superbe sur les pyrenees literie excellente diner 1 soir au bar avec equipe de serveurs tres sympa je reviendrais si je repasse a pau

Un super hotel avec des petites attentions qui font plaisir. La chambre très spacieuse et confortable avec une belle vue du balcon face aux Pyrénées . Un petit déjeuner copieux . Le SPA est super agréable avec un supplément de 20€ par chambre. Dommage le Hammam était en maintenance
