Loved the vibe of this place! The room was super clean and the decor was stylish with a creative touch—such a cute building overall. It’s a short walk to the beach and the location feels peaceful, though a bit far from the nightlife (around 30 mins on foot, or a quick ride away). The room itself is very compact—basically just a bed—but if you’re only looking for a cozy spot to sleep, it’s a great pick.

The good: located right above central festival and balcony affords a spectacular view of the sea. The bad: dated facilities. Bath tub with no hot water. Heavy toilet slide door which woman and children will have difficulty moving. Summary: I paid a premium for the view, will not stay here again just because I do not think it's worth the price. Service staff were all friendly and professional.

The service provided was excellent. I had requested to check in earlier and the staff went out of the way to facilitate this even upgrading the room type. On the final day, I made a huge mistake by leaving my bag with my passport in the room. Was well on the way to the airport before I realised this and the staff contacted me shortly after informing that they had the bag with them. Huge relief .. with everything in tact. Thank you.

The hotel location is good and convenient. Can get to the Pattaya Beach in 5 mins on foot. Get to the Terminal 21 shopping centre also within 5 mins on foot. And there are many travelling vehicles just in front of the hotel to pick you up to the Walking Street.

We had a wonderful time staying here! The hotel has a fantastic water park, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. It’s very family-friendly, and the staff are incredibly nice and accommodating. The location is great, just a short distance from Terminal 21 Mall, which is one of my favorite places to visit. The hotel is also very clean. Highly recommend!

One thing I did wish the hotel to be mindful of, is to provide a slip mat for the shower, it was slippery when I walked in and I did fell and hit my head. I reported the incident to a member of staff over room service and later they provided me with a slip mat, but no followup or general concern over the phone on how I was, so that’s a bit….cold in my opinion. Luckily I’m a young bloke so it wasn’t so bad, but if this happened to a solo elderly traveller, the consequences could be disastrous. Overall, everything is fantastic, I’d recommend staying here.

This is a fabulous hotel. Located on the beach, with two swimming pools, a well-equipped gym including steam room and sauna, and restaurants serving delicious food. Service is of the highest degree, with rooms cleaned to a high standard every day, and staff on hand at all times, always willing to help. Highly recommended. I will most definitely return.

I had a room on the 12th floor in the Chic Tower which was really good: very clean, very spacious, very comfortable, very quiet. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The buffet breakfast was good, lots of variety. My only complaint is that the WiFi signal wasn't good, it kept cutting out or was non-existent at times, but overall I would highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay there again.

This is my 2nd time staying with Hard Rock. Best swimming pool and friendly crew. Love the free test drive service, don’t miss it when you come visiting this hotel!

Having been to Thailand several times, I decided to visit Pattaya. I booked this hotel and ended up extending because it was in the perfect location. Close to everything. I walked everywhere. Had the best time ever. So much going on. It’s not a Posh place, but the price is right. The staff was exceptional in everything—cleaning, front desk, bell man, security guard, breakfast cooker. I interacted with probably 15 different staff members in 3 days and they were awesome! I will repeat this trip every year.
