We checked in late. Upon arrival the service was poor. We were not served a welcome tea and the bellboy took too long to bring our bags to the room. The room was missing nightstands, the toilet was unclean, and there were blood stains on the sheets. The balcony was nice but I could hear the building plumbing system or a public toilet flushing every couple minutes. There was no shampoo or bodywash in the bathroom and we had to ask for it. The only good side is that we were allowed to check out late free of charge. I know every hotel in pattaya has negative reviews, but I really expected better.

Clean tidy , modern but no smart tv, access too English tv channels not good, can’t use Netflix

Great location, friendly staff upon arrival. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast service was decent covered everything.

It was a good stay. Good service, good rooms, quiet and peaceful location. Frontdesk was particularly slow and everyone waited for a long time. Nevertheless they were extremely polite.

Staff are friendly but too concerned about getting Facebook rating likes. The hotel is a good location but it’s really old and needs to be updated to keep 4/5 star rating.

The location is great and near 711 and restaurants. Also it is very close to the beach and easy to go around from the hotel. The breakfast was limited but ok. The rooms and beds are very nice and comfortable.

The Hotel is nice, quite clean and comfortable. The location is not very convenient for travelling. The beach is dirty, but some people like it. Tha breakfast is very good.

Luxuriously designed and built hotel. Location is not ideal for me. It’s right at the end of Jomtien and access to Cosy beach, which I was hoping to be close to, is a bit tricky due to the road layout. It’s 10-15 minutes to central pattaya in a taxi. The room was big and comfortable with a nice balcony.

When you first walk in the hotel it’s a very lovely scenery and entrance but when we got to the reception the staff seemed very disinterested in helping us. The bell hop was nice and friendly but the receptionist wasn’t. Next, when we got into our room it wasn’t very clean the walls had dents in them, and the bedding wasn’t the cleanest. The bathroom was equally atrocious. The towels were dingy and old—the smelled of mildew. The rooftop pool was lovely, but it doesn’t take away from the fact of the poor quality of service and the rooms.

Great stay! Lovely staff, nice and helpful during our stay! But the room need to improve as it’s not so clean once we check in.
