Ulasan Amari Pattaya

Sejujurnya, setelah membaca semua ulasan, saya memiliki ekspektasi yang cukup tinggi terhadap Amari. Saya memesan kamar untuk menginap satu malam untuk merayakan ulang tahun saya. Namun, tidak ada dekorasi khusus "ulang tahun" atau kue gratis, yang biasanya disediakan oleh hotel bintang 5 lainnya. Kamar yang saya pesan adalah "kamar tidur ganda 2x." Staf hotel dengan ramah memberi tahu saya bahwa "tempat tidur ganda" hanya selebar 3 kaki dan bertanya apakah saya ingin pindah ke kamar keluarga yang lebih besar. Saya memilih untuk tidak pindah, tetapi saya rasa penting untuk dicatat bahwa yang disebut "tempat tidur ganda" lebih seperti tempat tidur tunggal. Deskripsi situs web pemesanan kamar menyesatkan. Saya sarankan agar hotel memperbarui deskripsi menjadi "tempat tidur tunggal" untuk menghindari kebingungan, terutama karena hotel ini memasarkan dirinya sebagai "hotel keluarga." Fasilitas dan sarapannya sangat baik, seperti yang diharapkan. Klub anak-anak, taman bermain luar ruangan, kolam renang, dan taman air ramah anak semuanya fantastis. Kami terutama menyukai restoran Prego, yang menyajikan pizza dan gelato yang lezat! Diskon 10% sebagai staf hotel. Namun, masalah utama saya adalah deskripsi "tempat tidur ganda" yang menyesatkan dan kondisi kamar. Karena tempat tidur dipasang pada rangka yang dirancang untuk tempat tidur ukuran king, ada celah di antara keduanya. Hal ini menyebabkan tempat tidur sering bergeser, dan saya tidak sengaja membentur tulang kering saya ke rangka yang terlalu besar. Selain itu, ada masalah pemeliharaan di Kamar 1219: bohlam lampu langit-langit yang hilang, AC yang tidak terlalu dingin, dan lampu lemari pakaian yang rusak. Masalah-masalah ini menunjukkan buruknya pemeliharaan oleh manajemen hotel. Ditambah lagi, istri saya terkejut menemukan meja rias sudah dibuka dan tidak diganti. Mungkin pengurus rumah tangga lupa memeriksa dan mengisinya kembali. Pengurus rumah tangga mungkin terburu-buru saat menyiapkan kamar, karena kami tiba pukul 1 siang, tetapi baru memasuki kamar pukul 2:15 siang. Anehnya, ketika kami mengambil kartu kunci, kami menemukan bahwa pintu kamar kami dibiarkan terbuka sedikit.

Menginap yang sangat menyenangkan di Amari Pattaya, kamar sangat bagus dan lounge eksekutifnya sangat bagus dengan pemandangan yang luar biasa!

We stayed here for a family birthday, but we will never stay here again.  ① Poor check-in and check-out operation: Check-in was from 3pm, but we were finally able to enter at 3:30pm. This was despite having an executive suite. The reception told us to wait in the executive lounge, but at the lounge entrance, they asked for our room number and made us wait again because the room wasn't ready yet. At check-out, there was only one lane, and we waited for about 15 minutes.  ② Dirty room: I understand that it was busy because it was the last day of a three-day weekend, but there were snacks on the floor and women's hair in the toilet. It was disappointing.  ③ Slow service: We requested ice to be brought to our room, but it didn't come even after 20 minutes, so we called reception again. It finally arrived after 30 minutes. Basically, it doesn't deserve a 5-star rating, and I've come to understand that Amari is not that great. The difference was even more noticeable because we had stayed at a different 5-star hotel the day before, where the service was excellent.

Amazing! Food was absolutely outstanding! The territory was clean and the pool area - comfortable for families with kids!

The hotel is beautiful , service is great and the location was perfect. They had an Italian restaurant and the food was really good too.

Located in reach of Pattaya beach, just across a street. My kids enjoy having a weekend here both in various swimming pools, water slides and kid’s club. The room has a modern decoration and a great ocean view. Although it is a several years from last renovation, overall conditions are still good and acceptable.

The breakfast buffet is good will come stay again the next time

The swimming pools, water park and slides were very good and kept my kids happy for 3 days. The hotel is opposite the beach and far away enough from the crazy parts of Pattaya. It was only takes around 5 minutes to get to Terminal 21. We had the Deluxe Family Room which came with 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed and was perfect for our family. However, our room was on the 6th floor and directly opposite an industrial cooling tower which was noisy and unsightly. It was so noisy we could not open the balcony door. I was very disappointed with this. Apart from this, we had a good experience.

Nice hotel, just a little bit old rooms, but it's not a problem. Great brekfast! Lots of swimming pools, kids will be happy. Very good location - close to Terminal 21, many restaraunts nearby, 1 minute from the sea. I recommend this hotel.
