Staf sangat ramah dan membantu. Pemandangan laut dari kolam renang dan kamarnya indah. Hotel itu sendiri, lokasi dan makanannya baik-baik saja. Secara keseluruhan kami hanya menikmati liburan yang 'ok' dengan menginap di The Cape Dara. Kami meminta untuk pindah ke kamar lain selama kami menginap 4 malam karena masalah kebisingan dan sistem kamar. Dan AC kamar kedua tidak terkendali, angin kami halangi menggunakan handuk dan kantong plastik. Kami tidak repot-repot mengganti kamar lagi.

Dibayar ＞$1500 dolar Australia untuk 2 malam untuk 2 kamar. Malam kedua saya ingin mendapatkan 1 tempat tidur lipat tambahan/akses lounge klub. Resepsionis mengatakan saya dapat membayar saat checkout untuk akses tempat tidur lipat/lounge klub yang harganya sekitar $110 aud. Ketika saya pergi ke ruang tunggu klub bersama keluarga saya, pekerja di ruang tunggu - Ledwa terus mengatakan saya harus membayar terlebih dahulu dengan sangat keras dan saya merasa malu dan terhina di depan tamu lain karena saya tidak membawa dompet. Saya mengatakan kepada resepsionisnya bahwa saya dapat membayar saat check out. Mereka tidak menanyakan kepada resepsionis atau manajer tetapi terus memberi tahu saya bahwa saya harus membayar terlebih dahulu sebelum menggunakan ruang lounge. Saya pergi ke resepsi dibayar dan saya tidak kembali ke lounge lagi. Saya malu dan keluarga saya malu di depan orang lain. Ini adalah hotel bintang 5 tetapi mereka memperlakukan kami seperti kami akan makan dan melarikan diri. Itu merusak malam kami..

Saya tidak menyukainya dan saya tidak akan memilihnya lagi. Ruangannya sangat basah.

I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and even though it was my first time here, it was truly a wonderful experience. The staff were lovely and welcoming from the moment I arrived until the day I left. The atmosphere was peaceful, and my room was quiet, private, and very comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the in-room dining exceeded my expectations — everything was so well-prepared and flavorful. I didn’t get a chance to try the spa, which I truly regret, but it just means I’ll definitely be coming back. A truly memorable stay — 100/10.

Comfortably sized rooms with complimentary mini-bar. Room service and pool bar are reasonably priced. Decent breakfast spread mostly of thai and asian cuisine. Regular shuttle service to the nearby Terminal 21 mall. Very good service with sufficient amenities for the whole family!  Recommended for a self-contained resort getaway!

Cape Dara Resort was a lovely experience! We spent two nights at the hotel where we had a lovely view of the beach. The staff were excellent and the pools were nice, clean, and relaxing. The amenities were good as well. If you’re looking for a beach to lounge on or swim in, this beachfront property is made of rocks, so take that into consideration! This did not bother us though, as we had the most wonderful time by the pool and enjoying the cafe. I would highly recommend it!

I spent wonderful time with this hotel with my love one with the high floor and I can see a amazing nightlife nearby hotel between town and Pattaya beach. The decorations of building so amazing with very nice swimming pool, and good breakfast. Staff very polite and kindness

The hotel is beautiful and clean. Most importantly, the view is absolutely stunning! It was built many years ago but has been well maintained. The staff are nice and provide good service. The breakfast is decent.

The room is very clean, and every service staff member is very enthusiastic, helping with luggage. The hotel is right by the seaside, and after breakfast, you can take a walk along the beach
