Old littlebit smelly room, specially bathroom was rather smelly if not aircon+flects on. Probably need better plumming, water locks. otherwise ok, bit noicy from the roads. ok location for tuktuk to pattaya or jomtien. hard bed, which I like. Breakfast 250THB, quite basic, not too much options. both towers have swimming pool. tower1 have nice view to area.

Excellent hotel, located in a quiet place, a bit far from the beach, but a direct and good road. The rooms are fresh with huge beds. For such a price in this area there is nothing better.

First time i have stayed here but everything perfect from when i parked my far the security guard helped carry my luggage to reception then the staff there very polite gave me key for room. The room was big with small balcony but super comfortable bed nice shower with bathtub a nice touch you usually only get in very expensive rooms great view of pratumnak 10/10 i will definately stay there next time with my wife great location thankyou very much to everyone for making my stay perfect thankyou mark rodgers

I'm not sure if we would come to stay again here. Maybe the time we stayed wasn't the best for the staff

The hotel very spacious and nice price. The location very easy to go and nearby convince store. I would give 3 stars come my side.

Good location, large hotel, but the rooms are no longer new, the furniture is also clean, in general everything is clean, there is a good swimming pool upstairs, but I give a minus to the administrators – they refused to check in without a deposit of 1000 baht, although this was not stated anywhere in the booking conditions, and they didn’t accept my passport as a temporary measure, I had to look for where to withdraw money on my day off, I really didn’t like it
