Ulasan Marin House Pattaya

We were really looking forward to a comfortable stay at Marin House Pattaya after a long journey, but our experience was far from what we expected. Upon arrival, the staff seemed confused and asked if we had made a booking, even though we had a confirmed reservation. To our dismay, they informed us that the property was fully booked, despite our confirmed booking. When we showed them the booking confirmation, the caretaker had to call the owner. We were then told that a group of people had walked in and booked that same day, and unfortunately, the owner forgot to mark the place as fully booked. Although they refunded our booking, the inconvenience was significant. We had to walk around with all our luggage, feeling stranded, like homeless people searching for a place to stay, until we finally found RoomQuest nearby around 7 or 8 PM. While we’re grateful we found a better alternative in RoomQuest, the situation at Marin House was frustrating and disappointing, especially after such a long journey. It’s unfortunate that poor management left us in such a predicament, and I wouldn’t recommend this place if you're looking for reliable service.

Отель хороший, было чисто, кондиционер и телевизор (есть смартТВ) новый, вай фай в номере нормальный, место для курения есть, в номере так же есть чайник и холодильник, на день даётся две бутылки воды и кофе, в целом всё отлично, цена тоже приятная.

Быстрое заселение, хороший сервис. Номер был чистый и для нас важно так же было местоположение , что тоже было идеально.

มาพักที่นี่บ่อย สถานที่ดีเดินทางสะดวก,บริการดี,จะกลับมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอนคะ
