The room is clean and the view is really good. But I feel like there is a little bit of sand. But overall, it is okay for the price.

The location is so-so. The house is on a hill, so you need to be prepared for this, there is a Hindu quarter nearby and Indian food is everywhere. We went by taxi to have dinner in a normal place. There is a store and a cafe on the territory with good prices, you can eat there. Not a bad pool, there is also a gym, but it is very stuffy. The apartment itself is not bad, there is everything you need for life (dishes, hair dryer, washing machine, air conditioner there were 2, but there was no remote control for 1 air conditioner in the bedroom). The apartment was terribly dirty, as soon as we moved in, we had to go to the store and buy cleaning products. They cleaned for 3 hours. The floor was terribly dirty, as if they walked there in shoes without taking them off. In the attached photos, the doors to the bedroom and bathroom. After us, you can live in the apartment, we lived in 2709. There are queues for the elevator, but not critical. The common corridor smells like a garbage dump, since it is on the floor and cockroaches can run from there. In the toilet in the mornings there is a very strong smell of sewage, the exhaust hood is very noisy and one light bulb was not working.

One night stay in this well equipped and spacious upper floor apartment with sea view. No reception but no difficulty in checking in and out it is very simple. Beautiful swimming pool and gym. Good value for money even if a little refreshment would be welcome. Security provided by friendly guards.

The room is OK, you can see the sea, the hygiene is average, the location is also average, it is far to go everywhere, there are no good restaurants around for meals, and there are only Indian restaurants when you walk out.

This is my first time staying at this B&B hotel. It is at the foot of Pashan Mountain and has convenient transportation. There is a washing machine in the room, which is my first need when traveling! There are two large swimming pools downstairs which are really great. The windows face the sea view and the lighting is great. The price/performance ratio is very high. The room is clean and tidy. I hope it will get better and better!

Very good location, 7 minutes walk to Volkin Street. There are two swimming pools, a sauna, a gym, the room is equipped with all the necessary furniture and equipment, the owner is always in touch and helps solve problems
