Aldemar Olympian Village

The stay in Olympian Village was really really good. I recommend it everyone who wants to have a beautiful vacation. Our room was really big. We have 2+2 a we was surprised by its view. We have a see view. One big red flag was too many swallows on our balcony. On each lamp there was a big nest and swallows were flying all around so we couldn't sit there. But the room was big and we decided to stay there so we weren't asking for a new room. We were all day at the beach or pool and in the evening at the bar. But because of swallows we have little problem with drying our wet clothes and towels. The floor there wasn't as clean as it was expected. Other rooms were "swallows free". Don't know why hotel allowed the nests on these five rooms. Food was very tasty. There were fishes, meat, pizza, gyros, pasta, a lot of fruits, cakes, ice cream, french fries, potatoes. Potatoes in main restaurant Symposio was very salty for my opinion and kids didn't want to eat it. But they appreciated kids menu and rice. The beach was excellent. Nice sand, water calm, we were able to find a free sunbeds at any time. Stuff was very friendly and taught us some Greek words. We really enjoyed this vacation and will recommend it to my friends. But also recommend to ask for a new room if they wanted to sit on the balcony.

I was very pleasently suprised by the quality of service, beautifull beaches, tasty food and drinks. I personaly thanks to Dora from Cosy bar and other Dora from pool bar Pelagos and to all other friendly staff members. Recommend 10/10!

We booked our week AI holiday direct with the hotel, self driving after a few nights in Athens. We had booked a Family Apartment with a sharing pool, but were fortunate to be upgraded to a Maisonnette with Sharing Pool, which was incredible (the website pics don't do them justice). WE are a family of 5 (11, 11 & 10) and we had more space than we needed. You accessed the pool from your private decking, straight into the water. The kids were up and in the pool first thing and always had a swim just before bed at night. Check in was quick and easy for us. Parked our car in the underground car park (free of charge), quick process at the reception and a member of staff then drove is in a golf buggy to our car to collect the luggage and then onwards to our room. All the staff we met at check in were a credit to the hotel. The resort is huge and stunning- beautifully landscaped and well maintained. From our villa to the 2 main restaurants was a 7/8 min walk. You could however call for a golf buggy to come and collect you, which we saw some people doing. Bars: Within a short walk from our villa there were 3 bars and 1 snack bar you could get to. The bars were open from 10am to 6pm and the snack bar was open from about 11am until 4:30 in the afternoon. Service was always super quick. There were multiple other bars dotted around the place at various pools. The staff at these bars worked hard and probably for this reason I found some of them to be a bit transactional and not the friendliest. Drinks however were always good. Food: The food is good. Not top quality, but having stayed in several all-inclusive resorts before, Aldemar are offering up similar fare. We tended to eat in Olypian, which is only accessible for people in a certain grade of room, so my review is mainly on this restaurant: Breakfast had a huge selection: a full English, loads of different breads, cereals, jams, ham, cheese, yogurt, fruit juices, fresh fruit and veg, pastries and cakes, etc. There were tea and coffee machines but they also offered table service for coffee. One issue with the restaurant at every meal time was that the staff were again all very hard working but completely rushed off their feet- there just weren't enough at times. Multiple times we entered the restaurant and couldn't find anywhere to sit- not because there were no tables, but because the tables which were empty hadn't been cleared. Also, daily we asked staff for a coffee at breakfast or a glass of wine at lunch or the evening and it just never came. I started just going up and pouring my own wine, whilst the kids just grabbed a soft drink and water from the fridge. This is the key reason why I have marked as 4/5. For lunch we ate at the Ambrosia "snack bar" several times. Snack bar is not a good reflection of this place. It's so much better. It's basically a mini self service restaurant. They are constantly making fresh pizzas, gyros, meats, salads, fruit, etc. There is a big selection. There is al

We were staying at a suite with a shared pool but after 2 days of peaceful stay a rude couple with 4 kids (all staying in the same room!) arrived at a neighbouring suite, with the kids screaming and occupying the whole pool with an inflatable boat plus a canoe kayak with oars, posing a risk to all of us and not even respecting the quiet hours. Maria from public relations has tried to help and I thank her for that, although our vacation was already ruined. Some foreign guests at the breakfast restaurant Olympia were also disrespectful to other guests, putting their bare feet up next to the table, as per photo attached. Luckily we had booked the expensive dining package allowing us to dine at the specialty restaurants, with thanks to the lady Maitre D of Pergola and the gentleman Maitre D of Marina. Special thanks to Vaso at Thalassa who was very pleasant and accommodating with a great sense of humour. The hotel premises, including accommodation, although well maintained, needs refurbishment. At a nightly rate of € 850, it did not live up to our expectations compared to other more exotic international destinations.

The hotel has a great location right by the sea, offering beautiful views and easy access to the beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is varied and tasty, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a relaxing place for a holiday by the water.

Very pleasent experience with this hotel. We were very happy about services, rooms and restaurants. Recommending to everyone.
