I rented 2 rooms, and was placed on the 5th floor. The air conditioning in both rooms couldn't keep the rooms cool. Most of the night the room was too hot and uncomfortable to sleep.

I booked a room from 6’th August to 16’th august in connection with a work assignment close to Patos. Travelled all the way from Denmark, however my flight got delayed from Amsterdam which caused me to lose my next flight. This delayed me 1 day. When I came to the hotel to check-in the 7’th in the evening after a very long travel, they had considered me a “no-show” and was now fully booked. Even though I had paid for the room for the entire duration when I made the booking. This caused a lot of stress, as I now had to find another hotel in Patos late in the evening. The attitude of the receptionist was extremely poor, and he didn’t really care. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

Hotel muito limpo e organizado. Precisa melhorar só a quantidade de vagas no estacionamento . A respeito do café da manhã , confesso que esperava um pouco mais. A diversidade de opções de comida e o atendimento de um das moças deixou um pouco a desejar. No mais tudo nos conformes, o quarto bem completo. As meninas da limpeza super atenciosas e simpáticas, a moça da recepção também. A academia é simples , mas suficiente pra atender a necessidade. A localização é excelente.

Estadia maravilhosa, recepção muito calorosa, café da manhã delicado e perfeito servindo até uma creme de galinha com macaxeira de dar água na boca mesmo. Quartos bem aconchegantes e limpos, porta aparenta segurança sendo este um dos itens que eu mais observo. Enfim, tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Amei e voltarei mais vezes.

Ótima localização, a poucos metros do centro da cidade, Equipe sob a gestão de José Segundo, muito competente e receptiva. A Copa, Sra Vilani, não mediu esforços, para atender às solicitações dos hóspedes, ora uma tapioca, feita na hora, ou outros detalhes. A recepção não deixa a desejar, agradeço a todos, em nome da funcionária Vitoria.
