location is good, food, amenities are good,the issue is in ground floor Restaurant. Service is not good,on 18th I order Dinner for four persons, including my two important guest,but restaurant people's fail to serve us as per our order, this incident occurred 2nd time with me.Mr talk to me in late night for that incident । I request Hotel Management to see this issue. Resturant people are not very cooperative with their guests.

The staff was wonderful but the rooms were quite small and the outside noise made sleep occasionally difficult. Nice location if you want to visit Patna Museum, Golghar, and a very elegant shopping mall.

Stay was overall good. No disturbance was there. Rooms were clean and smell free. But in the service time there can be improvement. The kitchen is not serving most of the food in the menu. But the coffee was really nice. Service response time overall it was good experience.

Nice hospitality and staff behaviour are so good specially mr. Mrityunjay and mr. Abhinash at front desk were very courteous and helpful. Well maintained property with a very courteous staff. Housekeeping team keep it up. Food quality is excellent. Location is also good.

Location is good. The room was good. The staff's behaviour was also good. Morning breakfast for given price tag was value for money. Only one thing was negative. I had to call 3 times for water at midnight.
