The staff was wonderful but the rooms were quite small and the outside noise made sleep occasionally difficult. Nice location if you want to visit Patna Museum, Golghar, and a very elegant shopping mall.

My stay at Patna Ginger was quite pleasant. The air conditioning and nice bathrooms with shower heads were appreciated. Our party of 10 people for a family trip to visit Patna Sahib, which is about 30-50 minutes away, depending on traffic. Breakfast was phenomenal, with very delicious food that warranted a second helping. Despite being located on a busy street, we managed to have a good night's sleep. The staff were attentive, and when food was spilled in our room, they promptly cleaned it up and even compensated us with another meal. The maintenance guy, Nikhil, was very helpful with our WiFi issues, though the WiFi was sometimes unreliable. The only major downside was that there was only one key per room, which made it difficult for us to visit and care for our elderly grandparents. We had to call to get onto another floor. While I understand this is for security purposes, it was inconvenient for us. I suggest management consider bending this rule in special cases like ours. Otherwise, I would stay here again.

Hi, i had to travel to Patna for my work and after some search on google i decided to stay in ‘Hotel Ginger’.Starting from recepetion, cleaning staff and especially restrautant guys ‘Ashwin and Sunny’ with their hospitality proved that i had made the right choice. The Hotel is highly recommeded for all those people who are visiting Patna for the First time. you will love it. 5/5

Its a budget hotel and expectation of facilities like a higher end hotel would not be correct but i expected the hotel to be clean at least ideally uts a part of tata group and proper hygiene is always expected. I booked my stay as the location of the property is good. I checked in at around 8 pm and the room was horrible and the linen was used and was not clean. I chose for a non smoking room but the uncleaned wash room was stinking and it was really bad. Initially the hotel reception denied to attend my request but when i reached the hotel manager the room was upgraded after an hour. Please avoid if you are looking for a comfortable stay.

Nice hospitality and services of all staff members epesically restaurant team like Mr. Rajkaran and Mr.Avanish , Mr. Aradsh and others. Food quality was good location of hotel was also good well connected to the city .I recommend it for other visitors to visit this place .the hotel is close to railway station and airport as well

House kipping is nice, room service is excellent, staying here is very good 👍 management and cleaning staff are disciplined, parking area is small but arrangements are 👍 location of hotel is excellent. At dak bangla chowk is very good for staying for any type of.stay.
