Booked club room but got a very small room. Staffs behavior was also rude. Not upto the mark. Room was so small and congested for extra person that the third person didn't stayed in room.

Location is good. But don’t have their own parking space. You have to go to mall parking and take your luggage to mall entrance scanners and then take lift or escalators to hotel

Great stay, polite and welcoming people staff. Good food and great service. Enjoyed my stay here. Rooms are good & hygienic. Very comfortable & cozy rooms.

Everything was fabulous exceeds expectation. All staff's behaviors was really polite and clam. Specially front office staff i didn't remember their name he was very helpful.

Worst stay in patna specially at this price point. Firstly i booked a club room, and they provided me a standard room. Then after mmt intervention this issue got solved. Secondly in the new room provided, the door was not locking, telephone was not working, fridge was having problem. And lastly, the service is slowest. You'll not get any room service without calling them 2-3times. Very poor experience.
