Enjoy a waterfront getaway on Henderson Point in Pass Christian, Mississippi.
We built our vacation home with a floor plan accommodating our growing family.
This home features three bedrooms, a vaulted den, a spacious porch overlooking the Bay of St. Louis, an open kitchen layout, and three full bathrooms – one attached to each bedroom.
The location is close enough to everything, but far enough to enjoy the peace and relaxation of waterfront living.
New: Buc-ee's is here! The Mississippi Buc-ee's is about 15 minutes from our front door.
News: Coming Late 2025 - The Blind Tiger Beach will open across the street from the house. No need to drive or rideshare for great food, drinks, and entertainment. Pass Christian stay
Absolutely on of the best places we have stayed. Well equipped with everything you need and love the gifts left for us. We had a wonderful vacation. Close to everything and just amazing and super clean too. Loved staying there. Thank you for sharing your home.

Getaway
This home was located in a great place that was just a short drive to all the great things Bay St Louis has to offer. The home was extremely clean and maintained. We fished from the launch that is located next to it. We enjoyed coffee in the deck where the sunrises are beautiful. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway-this home will not disappoint. We look forward to visiting again.

Great fishing trip location
This was our first visit to the Bay St Louis area. We brought our fishing boat to explore the bay and rivers feeding the bay., so we looked for a place that had easy access to launch a boat. 99 Bayview fit the bill since it was right next to a public boat launch. Greg Binder, the owner, was very accomodating, answering all questions promptly and completely. The house was very clean, and the area under the house was perfect for stowing the boat and cleaning fish. Everything you need is there - hoses, an extension cord for battery charging, a fish cleaning table - you only need to bring your filet knife. Pass Christian beach is an easy walk, or very quick drive. All things considered, a great vacation for our family.

Welcoming home, gorgeous views
This property was truly a home away from home. Clean, comfortable, well-stocked, exactly as listed. Owner was very responsive and welcoming, even a little gift basket of snacks for the kids. Games, plenty of regular household supplies-which doesnt happen everywhere (toilet paper, dish soap, towels, trash bags, etc)!
Each bedroom has its own full bath‐so convenient for a large family. There were games to play on rainy days, perfect fishing access, and within 10 minutes of beautiful beaches and charm in Pass Christian, Bay St. Louis, and Waveland. On top of it all, the views of the sunset over the bay and the bridge were absolutely gorgeous! We can't wait to go back!

Great place to stay on the bay!

President’s Day Weekend
