I recently booked a stay at Privato Ortigas for the first time, and overall, it was a great experience. The hotel is in an awesome location—quiet, peaceful, and away from the usual city noise, yet still conveniently close to key areas in Ortigas.
The atmosphere of the hotel was modern and stylish, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms were well-kept, providing a cozy space to relax. The staff was friendly and accommodating, adding to the positive experience.

the location is really bad to travel out in the morning bec of very very bad traffic jam ---need to offset time leabing by 7am---and have to get back to hotel before 5pm---else simply from any where coming back or going out MINI traffic jam is 2 hrs

Bkft is always very crowded -when u order any cook food they have to give u a number plate and wait for them to bring to u...but what happen is always shortage of helper to do this job ---so u can keep waiting

I’ve been a frequent guest at this hotel, staying an average of almost once a month, and overall, the experience has been pleasant. The **room was clean as always**, and the **housekeeping service was excellent**, promptly attending to any request with efficiency and courtesy.
However, I believe the **front desk services** still have room for improvement. On my recent stay, I inquired about a complimentary room upgrade, as many hotels offer this perk for loyal guests. I was quickly told “no” without much consideration or follow-up. I suggested they at least check, but the front desk agent declined. I asked “how about birthday upgrade for frequent guest?” I was answered, we only give cake and didn’t even bother to ask for my birthdate or check his record.
Additionally, I requested a late check-out, as the standard check-out time is 11 a.m. I asked for just a one-hour extension, but the staff advised me to call the next morning instead of handling the request during the check-in process.
While the **cleanliness and housekeeping** are consistently excellent, I hope the front desk can improve their customer service to match the overall high standards of the hotel.

Stay was good and we will be back again. Better to stay on weekdays maybe to avoid the crowd in the spa area. They have swimwear for rent with just a minimal fee. Maybe change the information that kids are not allowed because hotel confirmed they accept. But overall it was a relaxing and good stay.

KKikiExceeded my expectations! The room was neat and originally, I had booked only 1 BR but seeing as there was another room available for a friend who dropped in last minute, it was easy to have the second one open and ready!
Service is prompt and reliable—both housekeeping crew and the reception work smoothly to make sure they deliver a good service.

SSilvino Wynwood is so underrated. It’s actually a good place to stay. Besides its central location close to several malls, this hotel also boasts its superb hospitality. The moment we arrived, everyone was warm and kind. They even try to accommodate your request, just like we were able to check out late. We were expecting to be disappointed, but our room was very clean and spacious, even the bathroom. The hotel offers decent products, but if you are very particular with your toiletries and sundries, you may want to pack them to you. Our overnight stay came with breakfast, and the food in the restaurant was amazing (the soup, beef tapa, and selection of bread were my favorite). The restaurant has an al fresco space overlooking the iconic San Miguel building (pictured here), if you wanted to eat outside. When it was time to check out, everyone was so helpful and even assisted us to load our luggage into our cab. Overall, it’s a great stay.

The hotel itself is just in front of Podium and 3-5mins walk to SM Megamall so everything was accessible. The hotel even gave us a treat, a delicious slice of cheesecake because we’re celebrating our monthsary. My partner and I appreciate that kind gesture.

I stayed at Jinjiang Inn Ortigas from December 30, 2024, to January 1, 2025, and booked a Business Queen Room through Trip.com. My experience was a mix of positives and negatives, with some aspects not meeting expectations set by the listing.
Positives:
1. The room was clean upon arrival.
2. Staff were polite and accommodating, especially when I requested a room change (though none were available).
3. The à la carte breakfast provided on the first day was generous and filling.
Areas for Improvement:
1. Misleading Room Description: The listing advertised a city view, but my room’s window only faced the back and wall of the adjacent building. This felt misleading and detracted from the experience.
2. Towel Quality: The towels provided on the first day were worn out and should no longer be in use. I have photos to substantiate this observation.
3. Maintenance: The room was clean but showed signs of wear and tear (e.g., cabinet doors needing repair), indicating a lack of upkeep.
4. Breakfast Expectations: I specifically booked this hotel because of the advertised buffet breakfast. However, on the first day, no buffet was served due to low guest turnout, and only à la carte was available. While the meal was generous, it wasn’t what I expected, especially during the New Year holiday when many travelers would hope for the full experience.
5. Ventilation: The room felt suffocating without a proper view or natural light.

MMacNDKudos to Jen, we arrived at the hotel at past 11am and just asking if we can leave our luggage and bags coz i know its still early for check in, but to my surprise the receptionist went above and beyond and checked if the room is available for early check in coz she said we may have come far from province and she didnt bill us for early check in. Id like you to see how my nieces and sister really enjoyed even if its just overnight stay👏🙏💕 Breakfast was superb as always♥️

Clean, pillows good and strong pressure shower. They have a gym for all you needs, swimming pool and steam and sauna. All nice , but can be smelly due to the fact it is.... yes old. Breakfast is simple but good, some asian food but also they can make you eggs on your whishes.
Location if your business is in Ortigas is great, close to Megamall and Shangri la mall, with good food options. At the end it is all about what you pay for the room.

SSimonette FWe stayed for 3 nights on Triple Deluxe room. Very different from what it shows on the picture. Facilities are poor. The shower on room 3017 is not working properly. The water on the square shower head was coming out sideways! Towels are worn out. The room facilities could really do a renovation. Think it was over priced for what we got. Maybe we just got the worst room. Brekkie was okay / below average. Staff are really nice and friendly, was prompt to provide assistance with the safe. Didnt get to use the pool but it looked nice and clean.

OOreo20Although we had a little bit of issue with the check-in process (1. the admin couldn’t initially find our reservation; 2. we were told to present vaccination IDs though it wasn’t stated on the booking info that it’s a requirement. I had mine but my partner didn’t have hers.), Sir Kevin (host) was kind enough to thoroughly assist us throughout our stay. The unit had decent kitchenware which we used since we stayed for 2 nights. It just seemed that the place wasn’t completely cleaned before our stay as there were still some uncollected trash inside the bin, leftover butter in the fridge (probably from the previous guest). We also noticed that the linen and duvet had some stains. I just hope those were old stains and not from the previous guest because that would be really off. Other than that, the location was spot on. For the price we paid, it was totally a steal. I just hope the overall cleanliness of the unit would be improved.
