Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was lovely, the lift was very slow however. We were given great suggestions for dinner by the gentleman on the front desk, we highly recommend Johnny Tamale Cantina! Beautiful Food and only a 5 minute walk away

So I wrote previous review from July on here. They reached out on trip advisor claiming to want to come to a resolution lol. So I gave them opportunity to waste 10 minutes of my time, be rude, and act just as they had when I stayed there before. They took my number, information regarding issues, and have since never called back. Don’t believe their response to reviews on here, they have no intention on resolving anything. THEIR RESPONSE TO REVIEWS IS ONLY TO SAVE FACE- NOT to ACTUALLY DO BETTER OR RESOLVE ANYTHING!!! You have been warned, STAY NEXT DOOR! You Will THANK ME!!

I booked 4 rooms and make the payment online. I called to confirm that my guests will not be asked for payment as I had already paid and they were arriving before me. I also gave their names so they could request their room keys with photo ID. Not only were they asked for payment but also had to wait with 2 kids in the front lobby until I talked to the front desk to figure out what was going on. That guy was too rude to me over the phone and rude to my guests. They finally got the rooms but it was too embarrassing for me that my guests had to go through this drama and tantrum. We had booked 3 rooms with 2 queen beds and one with king bed. None of the rooms have refrigerators. We had small kids so had to upgrade for king suite for refrigerators to keep their bottles cold. King suite’s didn’t have enough blankets for the whole family. Every time we asked, we were told they were out of blankets. So we had to turn the cooling down in the room to accommodate the situation which made the rooms hot for adults. The rooms were not well ventilated so we could smell musty smells throughout our stay.

The Hampton Inn provides spacious rooms at a fair price. The location of the Pasadena Inn provides quick access to Pasadena and much of Houston via the beltway or I-45. Staff is friendly, breakfast is excellent, good parking, nearby places to eat, and rooms are clean. I always stay here when visiting Houston area.

I’ve always loved the Hampton Inn… but this, here at Pasadena is the best by far… Great service at the front desk, all the crew and the room is very comfortable It also have gym, laundry service, a few snacks (on sale) and the breakfast is as good as in the other Hamptons I’ve been

Its understandable that covid brought the no daily room service. So what's the excuse for my room not being cleaned well prior to my arrival. I had to reclean my room due to it not being properly cleaned prior to my arrival. No big deal. The issue came about five days later during my stay when their was loud music obnoxiously being played and hotel staff lied about talking to other guests to lower the music so I can concentrate on my work and relax. The music kept playing until almost 11 PM which is unacceptable. After calling the front desk about 5-6times and no solution this makes me very disappointed in the service I received at this Hampton Facility. As a Lifetime Diamond member this is by far the worst Hotel experience I've had in 12 years. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Great service and room. Couldn’t sleep before my long drive back because of maids cleaning/vacuuming at 8am for 2 hours in every room around me as well as entering my room while I was still in there.!

As a 20-year Honors member, I cannot recommend this facility nor will I ever stay here again. This is the first terrible property I have ever experienced. The desk clerks were unkempt, the hotel had an odor and there was trash outside. No butter at breakfast and if you want to eat, bring your own utinsils because the plasticware is useless.

Friendly staff, room was clean and bed was pretty comfy. That's the pro part of review. Con: two USB ports in a junior king suite that took hours to charge a phone. The TV inatalled such that it hit the desk light fixture when you turned the TV to watch either from bed or couch. Little to no counter space in bathroom. Adequate accommodation tho not a good value for what they charge.
