Amazing little oasis in the middle of paros. Fabulous staff great sized rooms great little bar and a lovely breakfast. Step right outside the door into the streets of paros

Great quiet location in the old town of Parikia; few minutes stroll along cobbled lanes to the waterfront harbour, ferry terminal, local beach, bus terminal, shops, eateries etc. Basic comfortable ground level room with nice garden terrace with table and seating. Room had fridge and small table with chairs and small wardrobe. Spacious shower with good hot water. Staff were welcoming and informative. Ask for anything you need such as kettle for room, extra blankets for bed. Nice swimming pool with a number of lounging and seating options. Small poolside bar. Delicious Greek style buffet breakfast was included at the poolside terrace (pastries, cakes, yogurt, fruit, boiled eggs, cheeses, meats, tomatoes, cukes, cereals, breads, juices, coffee tea etc.) Loved the resident cats and kittens. Housekeeping was minimal. Replacing sheets/bedding was quite random but done if we asked. Towels were sometimes replaced every second day but other times not. Waste was dumped daily but the bathroom sink was never cleaned except when we did it (we were there for over a week).

I enjoyed my stay at Casa Di Roma, great location! However, trying to get out onto the patio through the patio doors was challenging due to the lock being dodge and the door scrapping on the floor. The crickets there are EXTREMELY loud and can be annoying if you are a light sleeper. Lastly, check-out was at 12:00pm and I got scooted out the door at 11:59. I understand a timely check-out, but maybe give people a little leeway.

We loved that the hotel was very close to the port which was convenient because it was a short 10 minute walk (with luggage)! The local strip along the ocean front had lots of options for shops and dining. The hotel itself was easy to find - the owners left great instructions to follow. The property itself was cute, it has a shared pool which was one of the reasons we booked it, but it was very green when we arrived, however was “still swimmable.” Employees are nice, however we were told to quiet down at 8pm when we were just playing a card game. Families and children were still out and walking around, so we found that strange as it wasn’t late at night. We also asked for 2 double beds and got 1 double and 2 separate twin beds. As 2 couples, this wasn’t ideal but we made it work. Overall I think this would be fine for families or couples looking for a quiet stay, but would probably skip out if you’re traveling with friends, or looking to have a good time after 8pm.

Good location. 10 min walk from port clearly sign posted. Good contact from hotel prior to visit, very friendly reception. We had a ground floor room , good size and with a great terraced area with nice green area around it. Breakfast was include, quite standard but nice and fresh and the lady looking after it replenished it regularly- very impressed. Pool area small brig plenty of seating and nice and clean

The people were very friendly, and accomodating. Breakfast is included and theres a pretty and clean pool. The property is a 10 min walk from the ferry terminal and less than 5 min walk from restaurants, laundry services and the water! Highly recommend,
