Hotel dengan Parkir Gratis di Loulé

I went alone but never bored. I had a late check in and everything was spot on. I communicated with the hotel about my flight change and quick response they booked me a taxi which was there waiting at weeee hours of the morning. The cleanliness was %100 rooms clean I cannot fault. I enjoyed the bus ride, the Uber was ok. The area was quiet if anyone looking for closeness but the taxi price was good. There was so much to do. My last day went to the spa over by the aqua park OMG it was rejuvenating only thing was you have to pay with a discount if you are staying at the hotel., for 2 hours 25 euros I think it can be a little cheaper for hotel guest. But I am not one to complain it is a kids friendly hotel so expect to hear kids running around planning to bring my grandkids next time, I know they will enjoy it. Breakfast was ok, ate outside for dinner there is so much place to choose from. Just a Uber ride away. A big shout out to Bruno very good cocktail and he gave me tips of places to eat out side. Check was fast, friendly and efficient. Room was very good. Large bed, safe balcony, very clean, tea and coffee making facilities in the room.Rituals toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast was a hot and cold buffet with good choices in all areas. Pool looked clean but didn't use it. Dinner menu had a good selection of dishes but again did not use.

Recentemente, estive no Crowne Plaza Vilamoura em família e, infelizmente, a experiência foi dececionante para um hotel de cinco estrelas. Embora a localização seja privilegiada, com acesso direto à praia, e a limpeza dos quartos seja irrepreensível, o serviço falha gravemente no que toca à hospitalidade. À exceção da equipa da receção, que é extremamente simpática, o restante staff parece ter o 'não' como resposta padrão. No pequeno-almoço, o ambiente torna-se stressante 15 minutos antes das 10h30, com os funcionários a levantar tudo apressadamente. Logo após, no bar, tentámos pedir algo leve para acompanhar o café e a inflexibilidade foi total, tudo era difícil ou inexistente. Esta falta de brio estende-se ao lazer: no SPA, apesar de fechar às 19h, às 18h50 já estavam em limpezas, criando um ambiente de expulsão. Além disso, pagar 5€/hora por raquetes de ping-pong totalmente danificadas é inaceitável num hotel desta categoria. É urgente formar as equipas para que entendam o conceito de serviço ao cliente, pois a estrutura do hotel é ótima, mas o atendimento atual desvaloriza completamente a marca.

The staff make the hotel really . They are brilliant.very kind and great service . However the breakfast and the amenities like the indoor pool are not up to scratch for 5 star hotel . Breakfast was very low in quality and the indoor pool was so dated , small and honestly terrible. The outdoor pool could use renovation too. The gym (you can’t even call it a gym as there is about 5 pieces of equipment in it). My room was absolutely fab. Really liked it and loved where I was positioned, had the sun on it I’ll afternoon. Big rooms too either big balcony’s. They should have a shuttle down to the marina like most other 5 star hotels in the area as it is far. If you are a golfer I think you will enjoy this place , if you’re not then maybe somewhere with more amenities might be better for you.
