We had a very nice stay at your hotel last Day. The food was gorgeous and i slept very well in your comfortable beds. The staff were very helpful during the stay, all in all this is a very recommend hotel, so comfy and the service is superb thankyou so much for accomodating during our stay. we surely go back again some other time that for sure. thank you so much

I am very satisfied with the room I booked this time. The overall environment of the room is very good, the decoration is exquisite, and the facilities are complete, giving people a warm and comfortable feeling. What particularly satisfies me is that the sound insulation of the room is very good. The surroundings are very quiet and there is no noise interference, which is very important for me who has high requirements for sleep quality. In addition, the cleanliness of the room also impressed me. Every corner was cleaned very clean and it was very comfortable to live in. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the height and hardness of the pillow were just right, which brought me a good night's sleep. The room was also well lit, and the view outside the window was very pleasant and relaxing. The service is also worthy of praise. The staff is friendly, the service is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in and check-out process is very smooth. In general, this stay experience is very pleasant. Whether it is the environment, facilities or service, it has reached a high level. It is highly recommended!

Pros:
Very friendly po yung receptionists, guards and staffs. Igigreet ka nila everytime mapapadaan ka and minsan chichikahin ka din. Kapag nagrequest ka ng room service, mabilis din po sila. Very professional.
Very accessible din yung place. Paglabas mo kahit saan ka lumingon, may kainan na. Malapit lang din sa drugstores and walking distance to grocery stores and SM. Pwede ring magjeep.
Pwedeng magcharge since may 1 socket sila sa gilid ng vanity table. May free bottled water din po sila everyday. Kung anong oras ka nag-check-in, ganung oras din check-out. Akala ko susundin yung sched dito sa app. May table din for foods and vanity table w/ mirror for your make ups.
Cons:
Need lang po siguro na ma-control pa yung small cockroaches kasi medyo madaming nagtatago and yung tv na natapat po sa amin ay may lines na sa screen so need magtiis if manonood. Hindi rin kami mailipat ng room dahil fully booked sila that time.
Overall 5 stars kasi bawi naman sa kindness ng staffs hahaha. Thank you so much, Hotel 99!

KKingGalvanWe arrived at 2:41 PM and was assisted by their staff. The room looks nice and AC was good, along with the Smart TV and Hairdryer. Though the food is standard, we almost liked the Sinigang na baboy but it werent for the hard to chew meat and veggies, it must have been a perfect meal for us. The room is good but the background noise is noticeable because it was located at a night bar which is situated at the back of the hotel. Overall experience is 5 star. We checked out next day, the same time we checked in 🙏

XXeeeyanBooked a VIP ROOM but it doesn't looks like a vip room. The room is smaller than the PREMIUM ROOM that we had booked a week ago. There's also dead cockroaches when we entered the room. The wifi is weak like it keeps on disconnecting. There's a TV but no remote (we ask for a remote but we got nothing).
The AC is nice tho. The location is also nice because it is near SM Hypermarket, SM City Grand Central, Bus Stations and lots of stores. The staffs are also nice.
