Hotel perfecto para familias, muy central en la mejor zona de Ciudad de México. El personal y la limpieza es excelente, el desayuno es perfecto! Todo nos encantó!

Un hotel muy seguro , he llegado ya en tres ocasiones para realizar salida aerea internacional y van y me recogen al aeropuerto, tienen ese servicio agregado y sin costo dolo con una propina al chófer lo recomiendo.⁹

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future. On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service. If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.

Lokasinya sangat bagus. Di sekitarnya terdapat banyak restoran dan kafe. Stasiun metro hanya beberapa menit berjalan kaki. Para petugasnya ramah dan membantu. Sarapannya lezat. Yang istimewa adalah telur dadarnya dibuat dengan sangat baik. Kamarnya modern dan nyaman.

Location and Hotel in general is great! Room city views are beautiful. Shared amenities with Double Tree, swimming pool has extra cost. Some personnel attitude a little dissapointing. Overall a nice experience.

Great hotel right in the center of everything. The people there are very nice. WIFI was a bit inconsistent and they didn’t provide toothpaste. Everything else was fantastic!
