Accommodation was lovely and centrally located to shirarahama beach. It was a 3 minute walk from the bus stop. It was well stocked with amenities and the room was large and clean. The lady boss is Chinese so you can communicate by Chinese. They are incredibly kind and helped me get to the hospital when I injured my ankle. They are people that you can trust. Breakfast was also delicious! Chinese food is yummy and a nice break from Japanese cuisine.

The service was outstanding, particularly from the diligent Japanese lady team. They went above and beyond by using a translation machine to greet and communicate with us, and they patiently introduced us to their lovely diner in great detail, one by one. Grateful for the nice and helpful lady at the reception. Facilities are great (Onsen of course), a decent room to stay in and they even offer you amenities to enjoy tea there. Also, thankful to the hotel that offered me a ride to the train station so that I don't have to worry about getting on a bus with my heavy luggage. Great location as just opposite bus station. Opposite the road within 5min walk will reach supermarket and Daiso. The room is spacious. Onsen is open from night until 10am next day. The hotel staff friendly, helpful and arrange the futon for us. You also can choose your own amenities after check in. Free coffee, tea and some juice at hotel lobby and selected floor

The famous beach in Shirahama is just one step away from the hotel. Excellent sea view from the hotel, and the service was marvelous. The girl in the front desk can speak wonderful English and can communicate with us smoothly. The Onsen was soothing and was relaxing. The room was clean and spacious, with special tatami beds which were really comfy to sleep in. There is an indoor balcony in the room by which we can overlook the view. Overall, this was a nice experience and we are looking forward to stay here again.

為了看海和圓月島的日落特意白濱站過渡一晚，價格非常經濟實惠，一個人也可以獨享房間，而且房間內還有獨立廁所和浴室，雖然是目前見過最mini的浴室，但是洗澡還是夠用的。前台姐姐很熱情細心，會提前告知注意事項。睡覺需要自己鋪地鋪，也是一種很有意思的體驗了。房間內有一民宿員工親測的附近美食手冊，可以參考體驗下當地餐廳 步行到圓月島附近衹需要十幾分鍾，當天傍晚陰天沒有拍落日，直接去珊瑚礁吃龍蝦大餐了。沿着海岸線的馬路特別舒適。民宿還有免費自行車小，但是當地馬路有點窄所以沒有體驗。第二天步行半小時到千疊敷，再步行15min可以到三段壁。 另外白濱天氣真的瞬息萬變，來的時候風和日麗，吃完晚飯回來就狂風驟雨，第二天時不時的小雨夾雜可以把頭蓋骨吹掉的海風也是難忘了

Beautiful Ryokan! The room I stayed in had tatami floors and western beds. The doors slide instead of open outwards like they usually do. Toilets are relatively small, but the shower had great water pressure and temperature! However we did not shower much because.. We showered at the Onsen instead since we were there to spend time! The Onsen is tattoo-friendly as confirmed by the check in staff, and the water really had skin smoothing effects. Yukatas are available at lobby area for all guests, and level two has a restaurant with microwave and ice machine outside for your konbini meals. No view from the room, but that's fine cos the Onsen itself was worth a visit. Steep short hill up to the lobby, but if you drive then that's fine. Free to use outdoor BBQ area, but didn't have the chance to. Rooms were comfy, sleep was good with minimal disturbance. Side note: my underwear got stolen at the onsen and I never managed to find it back again but that's fine cos it was worth the Onsen experience. Stayed two nights here, no regrets, would totally do it again! Oh and Onsen area has got numbered lockers to store your belongings but not your undies!
