TTamuThe hospitality was excellent and breakfast was sumptuous . They provided hot meals and it was the best. Different types of idly’s served was just awesome. Front office was caring and helpful and provided a very welcoming environment. Check in past midnight was fast and efficient . Rooms were large and the bed and pillow was of high quality . We were able to sleep within 5 mins. Aircon was clean and fresh.

TTamuProperty location - perfect. Food - perfect. Facilities - prompt/immediate. Room - spacious. Bathroom - clean. Bedsheet - needs more attention and cleaning. Check before use. They even upgraded me to free breakfast for all days of my stay without even asking. The staff is very polite and helpful. If visiting Thiruvananthapuram then this is the place you can go for it if you get a good deal.

GGavinAngOverall, I am happy to stay here throughout this one week simply because all the staff are super friendly. Greetings to me every day and smile all the time. Only some personal comments regarding the hotel access card, no disturb/ clean my room card are not 5 star hotel standard. Most importantly is the hygiene issues need some effort or improvement. The drinking water cap is dirty, the cup is dirty, the wall gets mouldy, etc. Most of the food in the restaurant is not available. Advice to simplify the menu. Gym facilities are old, some already spoiled and not fixing yet. No towel provided.

TTamuIt is a shared apartment/a rental in the nice residential area of Trivandrum. The host was a very kind and welcoming person. Even though we just stayed a night, we would love to be back. It was reasonably priced and decent, quite close to some good restaurants and usually quiet and safe streets and neighbourhood. It is quite close to both the train station and the airport (about 15 minutes). Recommended for families.
