PPengguna AnonimI stayed here for 3 nights and honestly, I’m very disappointed.
Let’s start with the positives: the location is excellent. Right opposite the train and metro station, Lidl & Rewe supermarkets nearby, and just a straight 15‑minute walk into the old town. Super convenient.
But unfortunately, that’s about it. Service was really flat — communication with reception was very standard, nothing warm or welcoming. The room itself was on the small side (clean, yes, but definitely not spacious).
The real disappointment: water policy. The hotel only provides ONE small bottle of water per day per room. That’s for two people. On my first day, I asked reception for an extra bottle — they told me to go to the bar. Fine, I got one there. On the second day, since we skipped housekeeping, there was no water refill, so at night I went to the bar again to ask for another bottle. This time the staff told me I had to pay.
I was completely shocked. A 4‑star hotel charging €200 per night… and they won’t even provide guests with a simple bottle of still water? I’ve stayed in so many hotels across Europe and this is the first time I’ve encountered something like this. Even more absurd, the hotel leaves free apples at reception and offers unlimited water at breakfast — but refuses to give guests a bottle of water to take to the room? Ridiculous.
This policy really ruined what could have been a good stay. For a “collection” hotel brand, I expected much more in terms of service and hospitality. Sadly, I would not recommend this hotel.

TTamuKamarnya agak kecil dan agak sulit untuk membongkar barang, tetapi fasilitasnya oke. Kulkas kecil yang aman. Sarapannya sangat baik, lezat dan banyak variasinya.
Lokasinya sangat dekat dengan stasiun kereta api. Cukup berjalan kaki 5 menit langsung ke lift stasiun kereta api. Hotel ini juga berada di lokasi yang strategis:

MMrG734The hotel’s location was excellent, making it easy to access the rest of Munich. The room was basic but comfortable. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, definitely worth the price. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Their restaurant was nice, but I felt it was a bit pricey for the quality of the food.

PPengguna AnonimHotel ini memang terbilang baru, tetapi banyak kamar telah direnovasi. Ada pembangunan yang sedang berlangsung di Schillerstrasse dan semuanya ditutup. Daerah itu dulunya sangat kontroversial, tetapi kini menjadi sangat tidak menyenangkan. Hotel memberikan diskon yang bagus dalam hal ini, menurut saya. Hotel ini memiliki sarapan yang enak.

TTamuTop service at the reception, specially Sajjad and Suad (Both in their 20s) great guys. Heart for hospitality Service. Rooms and toilets were super clean. There is a Microwave, Hot water for guests to use for free. GReat Location just outside the central station.

Food is perfect and delicious.
Hotel is quite new and clean.
Location is a bit far from Munich center but it is very convenient for traveling. Also, very clean and safe area.
Hotel is far from train station just 1-2 min walk.
