Setiap kali saya datang ke kota ini, hotel ini adalah harta karun wajib menginap! Pelayanannya sangat perhatian sampai ke tulang, detail kecilnya benar-benar bikin terharu 😭. Para staf sama sekali tidak kaku, mereka sangat ramah seperti teman. Permintaan ditanggapi dengan sangat cepat, bahkan saat saya iseng-iseng bertanya tentang restoran Hunan yang tenang, mereka merekomendasikan 'Lao Wei Tong Tang' yang harganya pas dan rasanya otentik. Saya sangat puas. Saya ingin memuji habis-habisan mesin kopi giling premium di restoran sarapan! Kelihatannya sangat berkualitas, dengan desain dua tempat biji kopi sehingga bisa memilih rasa biji kopi yang berbeda. Operasi satu sentuhan di layar sentuh, kopi yang diekstraksi sangat harum, busa susunya kental dan menempel di cangkir, rasanya bahkan lebih enak dari kafe butik di luar ☕️. Setelah selesai bekerja, menikmati kopi giling dan camilan malam, rasanya sangat menenangkan! Dan layanan laundrynya benar-benar penyelamat! Untuk perjalanan bisnis dengan banyak pakaian kotor, mencuci di laundry atau self-service sangat nyaman. Pakaian bersih dan wangi, tidak perlu lagi membawa pulang pakaian kotor ~. Menginap dengan nyaman dan tanpa khawatir, bahkan kopi dan camilan malamnya pun sesuai selera saya. Saya sudah merekomendasikannya kepada semua teman yang bepergian untuk bisnis.

Great modern new hotel in a wonderful location and spacious rooms. The staff are all very accommodating but absolutely no English is spoken. Also there’s no western breakfast including no butter or jam for toast. No cereal or cold milk either. For me, the major downside to the hotel as a non smoker is, is the constant revolting smell of cigarettes. Even on the 20th floor it could be smelled. The worst part is, there’s no smoking signs everywhere in the hotel but because the majority smoke, they seem to let it slide. Don’t even think about going into the toilet on the reception desk floor. It seems to be the central point for any smoker to have a quick one undisturbed. It’s literally disgusting. But, if you can put up with that, the staff are fantastic and the rooms large and it’s a great place to

Awesome It was an awesome stay and did worth every effort of driving several hours to stay here for almost a week. Very high % of English speaking friendly and professional staff makes you feel pampered. I travel very often in mainland and never had such an awesome omelette during my trips. Find Paulina during great breakfast and try her omelette! Very clean and modern rooms. Well-done!

房間乾淨，價格划算，房間大，位置很好，服務非常棒，地方方便，離景區挺近的，我全程走着逛，環境很好，價格也便宜，老闆脾氣很好，有啥不懂的問就行。玩了兩天，其實我就故居滴水洞值得去廣場逛一逛，一天有點急，兩天挺寬鬆的，還提供了免費洗衣服，來玩可以選擇這家賓館
