TTamuThis homestay is so so comfortable, so clean and new and very nicely and thoughtfully designed, it makes us want to retire in a house just like this! Our hosts are a family, very hospitable, helpful and sweet, they make us feel right at home. The older, strong Uncle insisted on helping us carry our luggage up the mountain as we made our way up to the scenic spot! We also love their breakfast - fresh, with a decent variety that will hold us over for hours. This location is as close to the entrance of the bus terminal that will take us up the mountain (no taxis or private cars are allowed up), so if you want to spend time up there, this is a good location. 这家民宿真的非常舒服！房间干净崭新，设计得美观，贴心，让我们都想退休后住进这样的房子里！房东是一家人，非常热情好客、乐于助人又亲切，让我们感觉像在家一样自在。那位健壮的叔叔还坚持帮我们把行李扛上山，一路陪我们走到景区呢. 我们也很享受他们家的早餐——很新鲜，种类足够让我们撑上好几个小时。 这里的位置离上山巴士站入口很近（私家车和出租车不允许上山），如果想在山上多玩会儿，选这里准没错！

MMickaelChiaI really liked the service quality of the lady who checked me in. She was engaging, efficient and effective. In this respect I give her 10/10. However she knocked on my door after I had gone to sleep to inquire why I didn't give the hotel a higher rating. On the second she knocked the door again. The reason was she didn't see me going out and wondered if something was wrong. I thank her now for the concern. Nevertheless it is important for her to understand that guests don't want to be disturbed especially when they are about to sleep or were already sleeping. I emphasised to her this point. Second, she needs to understand that WHEN to speak is as important as WHAT is said and how it's said. I write with no ill feelings but with the hope she will learn and have a good career and happy life.
