Environment: The location is a bit difficult to find. It is very close to Nanchang West [I suggest you go to the North Square] and it is also very close to take a taxi after you come out. If you don’t have much luggage, you can walk here for 18 minutes. Next door is the Four Seasons. Compared with the benchmark, this one is more cost-effective. Hygiene: It feels okay. The indoor cleaning is relatively clean. It may be a newly opened hotel. I didn’t pay much attention to the public areas. Overall, it’s okay. Service: The front desk service is very high and the reception is warm. And I was given a fruit plate, so I ate it when it was hot. But it’s not very reasonable for me to take it upstairs by myself. I can’t hold it with my hands. I carry my luggage and clothes, and my mobile phone, ID card and room card. Imagine it hahahaha A bowl of noodles for two late at night: This portion is very small, you have to add salt yourself🧂 But there are beef slices. It’s okay🉑 Exclusive and caring butler service: This doesn’t feel too good, because I only did it for one night and went out. Self-service afternoon tea for two: I haven’t had time to try this yet. Facilities: Laundry room and exercise equipment on the 3rd floor (very few) There are tangerines and oranges available in the lobby Overall: Good value for money.

It was a great moment. The hotel is very close to the train station. Very convenient and very friendly staff.

Stayed here in end Oct. Ji Hotel entrance is just beside Mercure Hotel entrance, so don’t enter the wrong one. Comfortable bed with double pillows and the only hotel (out of 5 we stayed in this trip) that provided fridge and free mini bar in the room. Good breakfast spread and quality with local specialities like jar soup and noodles. However, the air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly, so the room was warm and stuffy. When we called the reception about it, we were given a silly excuse and a standing fan which was dusty and not standing straight. Not only did they not bother to wipe the dust off the fan before letting us use it, the staff who brought the fan to our room was impolite and left the fan at the door expecting us to move the dusty fan into the room ourselves. This is not the service standard we expect from Mercure. They gave us 2 packs of local noodles as gifts to make up for the unpleasant experience when we complained about it during check out

I like to stay at Atour when I travel for business or pleasure. The service is warm and the bedding is comfortable. This time I came to see a concert, and I chose a hotel close to the venue, with convenient transportation and complete surrounding commercial facilities. I am very satisfied.

Butler 橘子 is very attentive. Room first given to us is without fridge call and they have ran out of fridge so they upgraded our room. Very convenient as most services are till late n laundry is free and 24hours. One thing bad is the scent of the hotel and pillows overly soft. Room is definitely clean

The shortcoming is - the sound insulation between rooms (especially between the bathroom in the next room) is too poor. Speech, breathing, and exhaust can all be heard one by one. It is strongly recommended that the hotel improve this. Meals: The breakfast is pretty good for a hotel with a price tag of about 500 yuan, and you can tell that they put a lot of thought into it. Finally, I would like to thank the service staff again for their excellent service. It is you who have made up for the regret caused by the hotel's lack of sound insulation hardware! You are the hotel’s greatest pride!

All the rooms have carpet, so imagine. My first room was nonsmoking by sign alone. The smell, ashtray and cigarette burns on the carpet said otherwise. The second room was similar. Both rooms AC return filters looked like velvet. I’m surprised any air enters. The third room was nicer than the first and the smell was only the carpet. The non smoking elevator lobbies have ashtrays too, with fresh ashes in the sand. Clearly, guests are getting mixed signals. Threaten the deposit if smoking in non smoking rooms or areas!! I am picky, and I took only one star off because everything else was very clean. The breakfast selection, venue, and views were awesome! Overall, it’s a good price for what you get.

Best hotel in Nanchang since 2017. No competition. Breakfast has improved since then, and I’ve stayed here for months at a time. Great maid service, especially Mrs. Ke Lizhen, she has been working hard everyday, always positive and cleans quickly/thoroughly! Beautiful hotel and rooms are very cheap for the spaciousness and quality. Always bring me fruit, snacks etc 10/10, will always be my goto hotel in Nanchang!

It's worth staying in such a hotel at this price! The room is spacious and bright, the WiFi is fast, and the bathroom is reasonably designed with dry and wet separation. The front desk responds quickly 24 hours a day and also upgrades the room type for free. The king of cost-effectiveness, highly recommended

The old couple came out for a walk. Stayed in Nanchang for three nights. Checked in at the Galette Peace International Hotel. Facilities: good, complete and easy to use. Hygiene: very good. Xiao Xia, who was responsible for cleaning our room, was a nice person. When she saw us going out in the morning, she took the initiative to remind us to put on more clothes to keep warm and helped us to dry our clothes. Environment: Next to the main road, not far from Nanchang Station and Bayi Square, there is a subway station facing the street. There are restaurants nearby. The hotel's Chinese restaurant is also very good. The two female managers enthusiastically provided us with dining suggestions. Service: Everyone at the front desk was enthusiastic and proactive, and they worked seriously, quickly and standardized. When checking in, Xiao He and Xiao Yi took the initiative to ask about our situation and requirements, and introduced the hotel's facilities and the breakfast time and restaurant location in detail.
