Heartland Inn Hotel and Suites

This place did change their name, and I believe it's Heartland? The rooms were clean and quiet and the breakfast was quite substantial for a free breakfast. The price was also reasonable and the staff was friendly and helpful. We will stay again if we're in the area.

The resort lost three of the four reservations for a two night stay. We had to scramble to find another location for three couples. The manager didn't want to listen or review the confirmed emails with confirmation numbers. She indicated she was not familiar with the booking site. One couple personally confirmed their stay four weeks prior to arriving with the front desk and still no reservations.

Stayed here for almost the whole month on business. Very friendly staff, accommodating, rooms were good. Good welcoming lounging area and lobby. Breakfast was fine, good choice of options Baked cookies put out most days too

The prettiest and cleanest hotel Ive stayed at in a long while. The decor was of high quality and tastefully done. The pool and hot tub were clean and we'll supplied with towels.(Could add a couple more small tables in pool area). The complimentary am breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff were extremely friendly & helpful. I will definitely stay here again. Downtown was nearby & plenty of choices of restaurants nearby.

I would not suggest this place to ANYONE. JENA THE SUPPOSED GM IS AWFUL, she is rude and when I tried to talk with her she was so abrupt and said if I didn’t stop talking she would call the police..that is a threat right there. I would not offer this on trip advisor!

Quiet, safe, clean, friendly and helpful staff, great pillows and linens, and a delicious hot breakfast with homemade items. I will go again. Sometimes it is hard to know if a smaller town has good lodging options, but this was the nicest place I have stayed lately.

Management lacks customer service. Very rude staff. We just stayed for 2 nights coffee maker in our room did not work. Coffee maker in the lobby was not working. Breakfast sausage was like rubber the eggs were not edible. Manager was not accountable for this.

The hotel was far and away the best hotel in the area. Very clean, very friendly staff, and a great breakfast spread. The rooms were cleaned very well each day and it is worth the stay!

This was our second time staying at the C'mon Inn in Park Rapids and it never disappoints. First of all, I love the set-up of the hotel with the courtyard in the center, set up with all types of conversation areas: high tops with chairs, patio sets, chairs and sofas. There are rooms that walk out to the courtyard or have balconies or windows to it. It just has a nice, relaxed feeling to it. It is tastefully decorated with an Up North flair. The room was well appointed and very clean. I appreciated that they had glass beverage dispenser full of cold lemon water in the lobby because I was parched when we arrived. They serve a free breakfast from 6-10AM and it was very good. Loved the cheesy hashbrowns that they served on Sunday morning. The staff was very friendly and nice. My husband was able to park his truck and boat trailer in the gravel parking lot on the backside of the hotel with no problems or issues. We had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend the C'mon Inn!
