Goldener Hirsch, Auberge Resorts Collection

We had the chance to stay at the inn for 3 nights in June 2024. It did not disappoint. We loved the property and more importantly, its staff (all were attentive, friendly, and professional). A very pleasant environment and we look forward to a return visit.

Stayed for summer weekend and loved it. Property has modern-style rooms and "austrian chalet"-style rooms. We stayed in the latter. So much charm and the bed was so comfortable. The staff was genuinely friendly (not fake friendly) and made us feel right at home. I'm hoping to go back for winter skiing. If you stay (or stop by), get their chocolate croissant. Made fresh daily and one of the best I've had in the states. Actually, all of their baked goods were delicious.

This resort literally has some of the worst customer service I have encountered. Restaurants forgetting our food on 2 separate occasions and not they don't even have the audacity to come to our table to let us know of delays. Turns out they just forgot about our food until we inquired about it. Then it turns out after waiting an hour, they didn't even have the item available. Ridiculous... Very very limited amenities here. No spa. Small pool (no outdoor heaters). Small sauna. Small gym. But otherwise, very clean. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary, and they did nothing to make us feel special during our stay. We inquired about the scenic ski lifts at the concierge. And they literally knew nothing about it. The gentleman proceeded to say "to be quite honest, I'm not really sure, as I don't ski or use the lifts". We literally just googled and found out our own information. Concierge was pretty useless. Oh, and the ski lifts are literally right behind the resort in Deer Valley. About a 1- minute walk. You'd think concierge would be knowledgeable about the lifts right behind them, especially since it was opening weekend for the summer. The aroma of the hotel was very overwhelming. Almost like lavender or some kind of essential oil mix. And when I say overwhelming, it's literally in the vents, hand soap, shampoo, lotion, conditioner, and even some linen. It's just too much. I will say our suite was beautiful and very clean. Lovely aesthetics in the room. Clean hotel.

Had a great time. Perfect location. Nice pool and gym. Steps from the mountain and the shuttle from the hotel is easy to travel to the village.

We had an amazing stay and a lovely babymoon! The property is immaculate the staff is friendly and accomodating. The food was delicious, although we were only able to try The Kitz. Can't wait to come back!

Hotel is really in a beautiful place staff and service is awesome . We ordered room service Jeeshan came with our food and properly served us as we are in restaurant, The best and then in the morning we met him again and was served with the same politeness in cafe during our lunch , such a great time ,he gave us many things to try everything was delicious, I really appreciate his efforts as well as the hotel for such a great staff .

Great Hotel with an excellent location. Our visit fell during a shoulder season so the main restaurant was closed and other amenities were limited. We are looking forward to visiting during a busier time.

Our stay at the Goldener Hirsch was everything we hoped it would be and more. We were greeted by people who love to serve people throughout our 2 day stay. Every detail was luxurious. Food service was exceptionally well done.

Our second visit to Park City and first at Goldener Hirsch. The location and the property is stunning, enhanced by a well trained, professional and genuinely friendly staff. We were given the choice between the older section and the newly renovated/updated section and we were very happy with our choice in the older section. The shuttle service to Main Street was light years beyond our expectations. A huge plus.
