Hotel room is good and they provide secure luggage storage. Metro just within 100m walking distance. Recommend for those who look for better hotel and on budget.

The hotel is good but not 4 stars , the rooms is small but clean , the shower was very small , no body cream , no hair conditioner, etc . The view was terrible , the breakfast was good but too many people and no available tables for eat . We booked 2 rooms and in one room no toilet paper etc etc . Next time I'm Paris we will try another Hotel more close to the attractions.

The staff was amazing, very polite and happy to have us. The breakfast was really good, so many options and the location was pretty good to, very close to a subway station.

room was clean and mattress was good too. however the overhead shower was not working in my room 407.

We've stayed at this Mercure before and returned because we like its location, level of comfort, quality of its breakfasts and the friendliness of its staff.

This is a very interesting hotel. Really a Boutique Hotel. The staff are awesome and extremely helpful. The room was a good size. We would have given higher marks if the room was not so dusty. we typically wipe down surfaces with sanitary wipes to protect against Covid and flu. When we did, the wipe quickly turned grey from the layer of dust on many surfaces, such as counter tops and bedside night stands. Nonetheless, we would recommend this hotel to friends and if we are able to return to Paris, would certainly consider staying there again.

Excellent location and public transportation. Great staff always taking care of the customers. The hotel rooms need to be updated, they are in really bad condition. The room was liking water from the air conditioner and the floor was wet. Really bad room condition.

Good Quality. Good breakfast. Very close to metro and tram. I would stay here again.

Great and genuinely helpful staff. Absolutely, no issues or complaints. A true pleasure to stay there.

Far away from tourists area however great guest services

We strongly recommend this hotel. It is very clean, and conveniently located near many great restaurants and the Metro station. The staff specially Amman & Ahcene are so warm, welcoming, and helpful! Also, we used the breakfast buffet which was great!
