Melukis di pintu secara keseluruhan! baunya tidak masuk akal. Gambar untuk kamar ini menunjukkan mesin ekspreso, diberitahu bahwa itu hanya untuk kamar eksekutif oleh hotel. Jubah mandi dan sandal dikenakan biaya 15 euro. Apakah ini hotel bintang 4? Pemandangan kota sedang melihat stasiun kereta di sebelah kami. Kalau tidak, kamarnya bersih dan layak.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Paris Gare De Lyon. The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk from the Gare de Lyon station, making it very convenient for getting around Paris or taking a train to other destinations. The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious, especially for Paris standards. The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities were well-thought-out. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any questions or requests. I also appreciated the variety of breakfast options, which catered to different tastes and dietary preferences. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Paris!

1. Amenities - We had to pick up standard  amenities like toothbrush, shavers and extra pillows from the reception. 2. Service - When requesting for items that should have been in the room in the first place, reception staff was not friendly in providing them. 3. Cleanliness - The sofa bed was not made up, was told that different teams did sofa bed vs the regular beds, not sure if the is a logical reason.

Upon check-in, staff gave us a room which was already occupied and we opened the door to find someone inside. The staff claimed it was a “system” issue.

Right next to the Gare de Lyon station, perfect if you need easy access to the train or metro station. Hotel is clean, modern and nicely equipped with free mini-bar and a small gym. Breakfast is amazing. Will definitely return.

Wonderful location as it is near to the train station and lots of food around the hotel. Room is big comparing rest of Paris city.

Good location as it’s just behind the main train station. The hotel has nice indoor pool, gym and a kids play area. Good for families with kids.
