we were lucky we choose this little place ever , very new , nice staff very attentive a nice warm welcome, location is very perfect , the only thing that they should improve was the communication from the room to the reception at least 😅😅 or the speed in replying back to the guests ,the digital keys can be tricky if your phone has no battery

Very nice villa area on the mountain where you can see beautiful scenery and sunset🌄

Very good, the environment is also very good, a must-choose hotel for business trips and travel, the breakfast is also very good, not far from the train station, very convenient, I recommend everyone to choose this one,

Великолепное место в центре Парижа. Всё сделано с большой любовью, даже самые мелочи. Доброжелательный персонал делает все, чтобы пребывание в отеле доставило максимум положительных эмоций. Если по существу: все новое, отличные завтраки. Отель расположен в спокойном районе. 10-15 минут пешком по Эйфелевой башни и дома Инвалидов. 200 метров до метро. На каждом этаже есть пространство, где можно поужинать. Оно оборудовано всем необходимым.

房間和服務都不錯。最大的問題是有老鼠和飛蟲，小耗子在廚房的垃圾桶上亂竄，太可怕了。另外燈光太暗，廚房的東西不太全。沒有鹽和胡椒粉。其它方面還不錯。

疫情後過去訂的酒店價格漲了3倍，這家是超預期的，hotel的服務標準，bnb的住家感受，裝飾用心，跟在家一樣，所以續訂住了很久。

內部裝潢的設計風格很摩登，乾淨衞生。最值得一提的是，酒店前台負責人Stephanie非常熱情，且服務周到，退房後發現心愛的皮衣落在了衣櫃裏，主動聯繫了我，並耐心配合我完成了跨境快遞的填報和取件安排，回國後立刻收到，再次在這裏感謝Stephanie☺️🙏🙏

After 5 months from the stay they charged additional money claiming they had forgotten to charge for city taxes and sent a bill where the biggest item is “breakfast“ which is weird considering that our very expensive stay was breakfast included. Confusing experience and lack of accountability for their mistakes

We stayed one night in this wonderful hotel for a stay with friends. Stéphanie welcomed us with a smile and a real sense of hospitality. The room is decorated with great taste and very comfortable, special mention for the bedding which allowed us to get a good night's sleep! The common areas are also very pleasant, and the original concept of being able to find your way around encourages exchanges. The breakfast was also very good and complete! Finally, the location is ideal for visiting Paris and enjoying the restaurants/bars near the hotel after a long day of sightseeing. I recommend with my eyes closed!

Excellent experience for a place perfectly suited to families. We rented 2 rooms which allowed us and our small family to benefit from the common areas of coliving to have some relaxing time with the children without having to keep them in a restaurant in the evening (adapted crockery, high chair and baby bed). The central location allowed us to benefit from all the attractions of the heart of Paris while finding a cozy and comfortable corner in the evening. The Hostess, Stéphanie, was attentive and gave very good advice on how to enjoy the neighborhood. Don’t hesitate to call her during your next stay. I highly recommend.

We stayed at 1.75 La Sève, Paris 7: a real gem in the heart of Paris! The principle: one apartment per level with 3 or 4 individual bedrooms and access to the common living space including a large living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The establishment has just opened its doors and offers high-end services. The refined decoration, somewhat inspired by the 1930s, with its custom-made furniture created by decorator Daphné Desjeux, gives a very warm feel to the place. Our room, very spacious (a suite), with an intimate atmosphere, benefits from excellent comfort (including the wonderful bedding!). The combination of materials and different fabrics chosen (including the thick curtains) make it a real cozy nest. The breakfast (included) is fantastic. It’s actually a real brunch! The fresh orange juice, delicious jams with tasty blends (including rhubarb and elderberry), smoked salmon, cheeses, hams, various breads and pastries, as well as unlimited hot drinks, delighted our taste buds! Late arrivals can be easily done thanks to the door unlocking system with a mobile phone. The staff is charming and, discreetly, works hard to ensure that you don't miss anything. Their delicate attentions contributed to the excellent experience of our stay. Ideal for holidays or weekends with friends, family or for visitors who can, if they wish, share their various Parisian experiences within this common space. The central location (close to all shops, a multitude of bars-restaurants and must-see historical monuments), the standing and the prices charged by this establishment definitely make this incredibly quiet hotel a place to stay! Address to remember & distribute. To be reserved, without a doubt!!!!

The decoration is very elaborate. The bedding is simply incredible, you have the feeling of falling asleep on a cloud. Connectivity to the TV is very simple, my Netflix account was connected in less than 10 seconds. The harmony of materials and colors in the ballroom is definitely worth seeing.
