Friendly hotel staff, best comfy beds and towels . The hotel conveniently located near train station and easy to walk to a bakery and supermarket nearby

The location is quite good; however, when we came back to the hotel, the used towels were still put on the table in bath room

Such a shame as the hotel was beautiful, window was left wide open when we checked in late so the room was freezing, subsequently they don’t allow you to turn on the heating at night or it was broken so we moved rooms, then we had no cups or hairdryer, the staff made it near impossible to get cups and never gave us the hair dryer, all staff confused about our room change over so much to say but yeah just a bad experience at every turn

It’s very convenient especially travelling via train. Opposite of Gare du Nord, and 5mins walk from EST. Downstairs has quite a few restaurants to choose from. The room is nice and cozy.

Lift was not working entire stay. Had to carry bags and walk 6 floors. Very difficult for parents and young children. Management refused any refund. Be warned.

Wanted a stay near train station for an early train schedule. Room is new and clean. Only thing is the lift wasn’t working.

일단 직원분들이 매우 친절합니다. 조식도 맛있어요. 저녁 식사도 했는데 음식이 모두 맛있고 와인도 좋아요. 방도 청결합니다. 위치도 역 바로 앞이라 편해요. 엘레베이터도 있고 짐 보관도 무료입니다. 단점은 방이 조금 춥다는거... 사실 북역이 치안 얘기가 많아서 걱정했는데 공항 가까워서 예약했습니다. 치안이 안 좋다고 생각될 수 있는데 막상 가보니 동네 사람들도 친절하더라구요. 어머니와 둘이 묵었는데 교통 편하고 다들 친절하고 음식도 맛있어서 다시 파리 가면 여기에서 또 묵자고 하시네요 ㅋㅋ 아! 제공되는 샴푸, 바디워시가 되게 좋더라구요. 어디껀지 궁금할 정도..

酒店位於車站邊，主打一個出行方便。酒店人員很簡單，一樓有一個餐廳，進門有一張桌子就一位工作人員，前台兼保安。接着就是每層樓的清潔人員。酒店設施還是比較新的，訂的標間房間不大，可以平開大尺寸的行李箱。酒店衞生可能需要做一次徹底的清潔，我住的房間，晚上發現了床蟲。鑒於已經很晚了我就沒找酒店溝通，但我還是對房間尤其是床的位置 做了徹底的檢查。床單枕套其實有換新，但到了床墊層還是會看到一些毛屑。所以也不想多説啥。回來就過敏性皮炎了

酒店較新，床很軟，北站正對面，到哪裡都方便，衞生間乾濕分離，唯一不太方便的是淋浴間是開放式透明玻璃的，其他都還好。

ホテルの場所は便利であったが、パリ北駅付近の治安がかなり悪い為、パリ北駅を早朝、深夜に使用予定がない場合はあまりお勧めしない。部屋にポットがなくコーヒーメーカーだけなのも残念

We booked 5 rooms and lift was broken entire stay with elderly parents and children. Had to carry bags and climb 6 floors every time. Management refused any compensation. Even breakfast staff rude and limit to one bread item. Tiny rooms also. Be warned.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights to cap off our three-week honeymoon, and while it was a pleasant stay overall, a few small details could have made it even better. The room was beautifully decorated with stylish touches, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—just what we needed to relax at the end of our trip. However, some design choices were not functional - with small area for clothing and bathroom door opened into the bed. Further, the bathroom had a double stained-glass door, which did not provide much privacy, and might not suit every couple’s preferences as was the case here. The location was very convenient, right next to the train station, making it easy to get around the city. That said, the proximity to the station did lead to a bit of morning noise, so light sleepers may want to keep that in mind. One small letdown was that, despite the hotel knowing it was our honeymoon and the final stop of our trip, there wasn’t any special acknowledgment. While we didn’t expect anything, a small gesture would have been a thoughtful and memorable touch. Overall, it’s a charming hotel with plenty to like, but a few adjustments could take the experience from good to exceptional.
