Infinity Resort Tropea

È stato vivere un vero e proprio incubo! Sin dal check in dove in maniera perentoria e poco consona ci invitavano ad attenderci scrupolosamente agli orari! Arrivati in camera un vero orrore! Sporcizia e polvere ovunque nel bagno vi era muffa nera nelle fughe dei marmi della doccia e le aperture della stessa rotte che non scorrevano! Il wc sporco e non sigillato! TV non funzionante! Da subito abbiamo chiamato il centralino ma sino alle 20,00 nessuno aveva preso in carico la nostra lamentela! Dopo svariate telefonate al centralino è arrivata una signora, senza divisa alcuna, in jeans e maglietta che non parlava italiano, alla quale abbiamo dovuto dire noi cosa fare e come pulire alla meno peggio! Infine ci rechiamo a cena altro disastro!! Tavoli non apparecchiati, mosche che regnavano sovrane sul poco cibo presente, immangiabile ed un susseguirsi di persone senza alcuna divisa che entravano ed uscivano dalla cucina trasportando il cibo! Anche la signora che un momento prima avevano mandato nella nostra stanza a pulire! Quindi promiscuità assoluta e mancanza di professionalità e di risorse idonee impegnate nei vari settori!! Siamo stati costretti a tarda ora ad andare a mangiare a Tropea! Abbiamo chiesto di parlare con il direttore al quale porgere le lamentele ma soltanto il giorno dopo siamo riusciti a contattarlo dopo che la colazione era inesistente abbiamo dovuto attendere che ricaricassero la macchina dei surrogati di cappuccino e caffè! Inoltre lo yogurt con scadenza 13/07 /22 era con muffa dentro! I tavoli erano presi d'assalto dalle formiche! Naturalmente tutto ciò è stato da noi ripreso con video e foto!! Avevamo pagato e CHIESTO SERVIZI DI UN QUATTRO STELLE MA CI SIAMO RITROVATI IN UNA STRUTTURA NON CLASSIFICABILE!!! Da dimenticare!!

If you stay here, travel with a carbon monoxide detector or sleep with the sliding doors open. My boyfriend and I almost died in Room 102 and ended up at the hospital due to carbon monoxide poisoning in October, 2024. In our opinion, the management’s response has been reckless. The operations manager indicated both in conversation and in writing that it is “impossible” that we would have suffered carbon monoxide poisoning in their hotel, despite us providing metrics showing all of our symptoms being consistent with CO poisoning. This is an offensive and unenlightened approach to working in the hospitality industry, given how well documented carbon monoxide poisoning cases are. We implored Infinity to educate themselves on the causes and dangers of carbon monoxide poisoning and ensure all systems are functioning properly.

A beautiful relaxing place. I have to say this trip was one of our best Infinity Resort is a quiet resort about 3km outside Tropea. Behind a gated entrance is a pristine, calm and welcoming hotel on several tiers. The sea front is down a meandering cliff walk alive with wildlife, just bright and beautiful. The pool area is spotless overseen by a really lovely, helpful and polite Lifeguard. Pool towels need to be asked for but you can do that either through him or through the staff in the restaurant. The rooms cool and clean, serviced daily by an unseen housekeeping staff. The beds are comfortable and nothing was any bother, extra pillows and a blanket were supplied on request. Reception staff so nice, polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and served in the restaurant by the pool each day of our 5 day stay. Restaurant staff a couple a little standoffish but didn’t impact us. We only had lunch on one day but the chicken salad was one of the nicest we had in a long time. If you’re coming to southern Italy definitely check out this gorgeous place.

From day one we adored this resort. From the receptionists to the pool lifeguard, the restaurant team . The housekeeping and the gardening the friendly atmosphere here is just fab. The grounds are calming and relaxing . The food is beautiful. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. My sister and I are seasoned travelers and travel at least 5 times a year but this is by far one of our best holidays in years . We will be back guaranteed . 5 stars ✨

Well located hotel, only 3km from Tropea. Hotel is beatuiful, spacious, silent and clean. During our stay there were not much people, so you can rest as you wish. Nice and well-kept garden, lot of plants and flowers. Views from the terraces are stunning. The only point which can be problematic for other, that there is no sandy beach. For us it was perfect because there was only few people with us next to the sea and sometimes there were only me and my friends. There are green "terraces" with sunbeds. Very nice, served by waiters, food. Only breakfast was for self-service. Breakfasts were similar, but tasty, with fresh fruits and they have very tasty bread also. For lunch and dinner you can choose day by day among 4 propositions for 4 courses. Staff kind and helpfull. Very nice stay.

Not even sure where to start with this hotel…we just stayed 1 night and very glad that we did not stay longer. The hotel is in a nice location, but since the hotel is build on top of a cliff, it is a real hike to get the sea. The hotel describes that they have a beach and access to the Mediterranean, but in reality there is no beach at all, and getting into the sea for a swim is nearly impossible. Just all huge boulders, no sand to be seen. (I’m not joking,..:this is not considered pebbles but massive rocks) This should really not be described as a beach! The rooms are okay and specious. Air conditioning worked well, but be aware that the hotel has multiple levels and no elevators to get anywhere. Difficult to get to your room with suitcases and no bellhop to help. No Wifi in the room available, and TV channels are only limited to Italian ones. No international selection. Reception staff is friendly and willing to help out! Breakfast is really bad, even for Italian standards. Coffee out of a machine (in Italy), juice of our a machine and poor selection in general. Grounds are not maintained and it looked that the grass had not been cut in weeks. We even found a rusty old motorcycle that seemed to have washed up on the rocks. Overall very poor experience and would not recommend to stay there. Plenty of other hotels around!!
