Pacific Palms Resort

We have just returned home from a three week stay at the Pacific Palms resort, and are very happy with our experience. The proprietors, Andy and Nikki, were wonderful to deal with. From the time we started the booking process through to our departure, they were friendly, helpful and patient. The resort is well located, within very easy walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, and other shopping. Although we did not make use of it, the bus service to Tauranga and other parts of Papamoa was also close by. The resort grounds are beautifully landscaped and well appointed. We particularly enjoyed using the picnic area near the heated pool. Our apartment was spacious and contained everything we needed to live comfortably in our “home away from home”. The living room furniture was a little dated and could have been a bit more comfortable, but we spent more time sitting in our unit (for personal reasons) than would be normal for someone visiting such a beautiful part of the world. We would recommend the Pacific Palms resort, and would not hesitate to stay there again ourselves.

Fabulous place to stay. Our apartment was spotless, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds (I need one of those pillows) were extremely comfortable. Close to all amenities, you can just walk therefor a bit of shopping, the supermarket or dinner out. Accommodating staff and overall, highly recommended for a holiday or getaway weekend.

We will be staying at the Pacific Palms Resort in Papamoa later this year, and have already experienced great customer service. Nikki has been very informative and helpful. If the booking process is this pleasant, we can only imagine how great our stay will be!

What a amazing time we had. gentleman at reception was so pleasant and no messing around he had everything ready on arrival. Rooms are big and very clean and modern. everything you need. grounds and pool are well maintained, perfect spot to bring the kids at any time of the year. as the pool and spa are warm and have covered areas to by and watch kids while they swim. Just perfect

We are a sports team of 10 mostly mature ladies and were in Tauranga for an event. We stayed in Apts 22, 23 & 24. Everyone had only good things to say about Pacific Palms Resort. The accommodation was more upmarket and dearer than where we would normally stay on our trips throughout NZ, but we certainly appreciated the extra luxury. We highly recommend staying here.
