This is a very good place to stay that will surely make your Ilocos Norte tour a memorable one. All the staff are friendly and accommodating, and the driver who is very kind and courteous, gave us a comfortable airport transfer with the hotel car. Our room is very clean, spacious and homey, and the infinity pool have a nice view of the Paoay Lake with a glimpse of the Malacanyang Palace of the North. To me, this hotel is a 5/5 star rating. 😊

We had a relaxing stay at the hotel. We commend the staff for their excellent customer service. They went all out to meet our needs and requests - from the front desk, to the bar and pool staff, and the kitchen and room staff, as well as grounds and security staff. Well done! Expect a return stay from us!

Pictures of the rooms looked nicer and bigger than the actual rooms. Furnitures were a bit outdated. We had to add a standard room that was a little pricey. But I liked the quietness of the area. We had breakfast on our last day and the food and coffee were delicious. The staff is friendly.

My daughter planned a beautiful stay for me at Bellagio Hills Hotel and Restaurant for my first time back to the Philippines after some 55 plus years. We can’t say enough about MIRA and the ENTIRE staff! All went over and beyond the call of duty to make our stay so relaxing and comfortable. Mira was so attentive and detailed with our every need - from the pickup at the airport, arrangements for tricycle ride into Laoag, the wonderful coastline day trip tour up to Pagupud, and airport drop off- everything went smoothly as planned. When we weren’t out and about, the days at the pool were relaxing especially with the spectacular view of Paoay Lake. The staff is always on hand for drinks, smoothies, and snacks. The variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner items were delicious! Again we can not thank everyone enough - Mira, restaurant staff, driver, housekeeping, maintenance - for making our stay a beautiful one with fond memories!

It was a mixed experience. The staff was welcoming and kind, but upon entering the hotel, I couldn't tell if the 2 AC lobby was broken or if they were trying to cut costs. The hotel personnel were sweating. During my two-night stay, I was surprised to see the same person who cleaned outside also serving our food. This lack of separation between roles was concerning and unhygienic. Additionally, the pool area had many insects, and again, the same person who is cleaning was also responsible for serving. It is important for proper hygiene standards to be maintained, especially considering the price we paid for our stay, which was not cheap for just two people. To add to our disappointment, a staff member approached us wearing shorts, slippers, a cup, and a sando, offering us cocktails and if we did not asked we will think that he is the owner he is very talkative, we did not believe that they are hiring people wearing only shorts and slippers. We expected better service and professionalism. Hygiene and hospitality are crucial to us, and we hope that the hotel will improve its standards, considering the beautiful and naturalistic property they have.

Roach, lizard and mosquito in room. You can hear noise outside loud due to big gap of the bottom of door and one time they changed the comforter and it was rough and itchy. Otherwise the employees are very nice, good food. The room could use upgrade .
