Was a great stay the only issue is that is is not very close to the beach so there is a bit of a walk and there is a driveway to walk down. There is no restaurant or bar on site however there is a fridge by the reception to buy drinks. Once outside the driveway there is a great restaurant to eat and drink at. The rooms were spacious and the swimming pool was very clean. A great stay!!

Very cozy an nice hotel to stay in Alona. Cheap and clean. The stuff is very kind and helpful. Really love it!

Hôtel very well situated, close to restaurants, 19 minutes from Alona beach by walking. Quiet area. Nice swimming pool and garden. We had an appartment which is very convenient for families : 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and one living room. There is free water. The only thing is maybe the maintenance of equipment. Some equipments need to be replaced (toilet flush for example and water leaking in one of the bathroom). Otherwise great hotel with nice people who helped us book drivers and organize or trips

Really good hotel with excellent location

It was definitely a resort with a great pool in the best location in Bohol. However, the old facilities were disappointing, and the breakfast and dinner buffet service that did not match its fame were quite poor. The room felt old, but it was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the bedding was good. However, the bathtub in the bathroom. Seriously... It took a long time for the water to drain, so I couldn't use it at all. I heard the dinner buffet is famous... I even added unlimited drinks. The system is astonishing.. It's just a buffet, but I couldn't take as much food as I wanted. The restaurant staff took the food with an expressionless and insincere attitude.. They grilled seafood skewers one or two at a time... I couldn't eat even one for an hour.. You can't even get the common salad fruits as you want. You have to wait in a long line to get a few pieces.. At breakfast, you can eat pineapple freely, but at night, you had to wait in line to get a few pieces. The unlimited drinks are also... If you go to the beverage corner and order beer or soda, they will pour you a beer or drink in a large bottle. ㅜㅜ It's not in the refrigerator, and when the large bottle of drink runs out, they pour a new one and fill it up. The word unlimited makes no sense, so I just had one drink and left. However, the pool was really nice, and the pizza and beer I ordered from the pool bar were the best. The beach was good for children to play, but when you come out of the pool to the beach, there are a lot of locals trying to solicit customers. ㅡㅡ It seems that 90% of the guests are Korean families. Most of the staff They were friendly. The staff you meet in the hallway greet you with a bright smile. However, the female staff you meet at the reception when checking in and checking out seem to be tired of the crowds... I felt like they were quite unfriendly. Not all staff are like that, but... I was disappointed. I think I'll think twice about visiting again. .. The location and the nice pool are good enough to cover up all the bad points ^^

We started our acquaintance with this hotel at about 19.00, already in complete darkness. When the driver started to take us to the gateway it became creepy - the road to the hotel simply goes through a seedy alley. When we saw the reception desk on the street with many lizards around, it became scary. When we entered the huge room, where there was a huge spider on the wall, and a smaller spider in the bathroom, then it became a nightmare. The room is so dark, it looks like a coffin. You are literally sitting in a coffin with dim light, only occasionally you can hear the sounds of neighbors (there is no soundproofing at all), the air conditioner is noisy and the refrigerator turns on periodically. The refrigerator will wake you up 5 times a night. And what wonderful roosters start crowing at 4 in the morning! The mosquitoes bit me, they fly out from under a huge gap between the door and the floor. Also, a cockroach the size of my fist and a bunch of ants were killed in the room, because we were stupid and forgot that you can't eat anything inside the room. I paid 5500 rubles for the hotel, I thought that for that kind of money (sorry, for me it's not a little) I would get at least some service. As a result, no one cleaned my room for 3 days, I hung a sign that cleaning was required, as a result, until I personally came up and asked, no one did anything. By the way, one more nuance, remember that you will have to pay 50 pesos to take a towel to the beach. In general, the price is overstated by at least 50%. I am really very upset that I stayed here. I wish everyone to choose a more suitable hotel and get only positive moments from their vacation, unlike me.

Stayed for 3 nights. Cleaning was only done on the first day. There was no cleaning at all in the following days. The room facilities were very poor. The shower head could not be adjusted. It was uncomfortable to take a shower. The TV was also broken. A new one was moved in later. The Wi-Fi signal was also very poor. The overall experience was poor. I will not stay here next time.

I'll start with the disadvantage, the entrance to the hotel or the approach through a narrow road between the building and the fence, which floods every time after the rain. You walk drowning in water and floating garbage!!! The owner of the hotel should do something about it, add and raise its level. Everything else is very good, clean, cozy, quiet, the girls at the reception are very nice and sociable. Thank you very much!

I am satisfied with the location because it is close to Alona Beach and the surrounding commercial area ~ The staff is friendly and it seems to be managed cleanly, but the furniture and facilities are old, and the bungalow bedroom is inconvenient because the kitchen is outside, and sometimes you have to say hello to a baby lizard^^

The room smells, the bedding is quite wet, and the bath towels and bedding were not changed at all during the three nights I stayed there

Extremely poor check-in experience: 1. The booking page did not remind you that this hotel does not provide toothpaste, toothbrushes, shower caps, combs, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and hair dryers, which caused great inconvenience; 2. The rooster starts at 5 o'clock in the morning. Crying, one after another, for half an hour will definitely wake you up; 3. The biggest drawback is that on the day of check-in, I was informed that the entire island would have a power outage from 6:00am to 4:00pm the next day, but I was not informed that even the water supply would be cut off. The next day, I didn’t even wash up. I started the day’s trip with a gray face. When I came back at 9pm, there was still no water or electricity! The hotel's back-up equipment was extremely primitive. After working for a while and taking a break for half a day, we stayed in despair in the dark and hot environment. The whole family went swimming in the sea that day. We were covered in salt and were sticky and couldn't take a shower. It was pitch dark and we couldn't pack our luggage and change hotels. Regarding this, , the front desk staff didn't have a single sorry throughout the whole process, only it's not our fault. The picture is actually taken in the hotel bathroom, there is nothing except the shower head, not even a door or curtain.

It is far away from the main beach. It is recommended to book a hotel near the main beach. It takes 10 minutes to walk. Don't dare to use the swimming pool. Value for money is okay, but there is no breakfast

It seemed like a little old facility, but the staff were very, very, very kind, and I think it was a male owner, but the owner was very, very kind. I booked this accommodation to stay for a short while before going to the airport. I had a good rest It was good enough and good.
