"Good service from housekeeping staff.The staff promptly change bedsheets and spray anti ants with perfumes once I notified them of ants .. Nearby food stall. Clean beach. Although it's old but value for money. Definitely prefer to stay in hotel than Homestay as less rules..I wear slippers in the room.. No bosses or owner reprimand you as compared to Homestay "

"The place is quite run-down and definitely not like what was shown on the website. Upon entering, the room had a strong humid smell. I would advise future guests to check the room condition thoroughly before moving your belongings in. Several issues in my room, which are the air conditioner was not cold, Water pressure was very low, Toilet door couldn’t be locked, Mattress cover was yellowish – I recommend bringing your own disposable mattress cover for hygiene. While the surrounding area is relatively clean, there are monkeys around – be careful if you have food as they can be aggressive. The only major plus is the location – it's directly opposite Teluk Nipah beach, which is great for a peaceful morning or evening walk."
