We have book a room with decoration for our anniversary there. It was an WOW as they have decorate the room awesome. Thanks to decoration team. View is fantastic and we enjoyed alot there. Will come next year to celebrate our anniversary again. Thanks Golden tulip

I had booked from 7th to 9th jan. I checked in late and room no 216 was allotted to me. Could not sleep as the spring from the matress was poking out hurting my back. Raised the issue next morning in the reception, and requested to change the matress and get house keeping done. On coming back when opened the room there were COCKROACHES near the electric kettle area, no house keeping was done, nor the matress changed. Raised the issue to the reception and they offered to change my room to room no 206. On checking in I was shocked that even this room had COCKROACHES. Called the reception they seemed not concerned as seemed as they are used to such complaints. Further there is central heating in the hotel, they only provide rusted heaters for heating. You can even hear the tv and noises from the adjoining rooms which will disturb you the whole night. The hotel has a ranking of 5 star but its even does not deserve 2 star. The whole property needs renovation. The location is on the Morni hill road, very deserted location. Suitable for bachelors hideout. Not at all recommended for families. Stay away!!!

Hotel is quite far from hustle and bustle of city.i visited the property ***** with my family for two nights.our experience is very great , food is so delicious, location is so awesome, in time of morning our breakfast experience is so good, staff is very helpful and polite, they always ready to help, our experience is very good.

This 4 star worst hotel I have never ceen in my life . I m travelling with my family n friends for two days including all meals . No welcome drinks served by hotel n later that food was not fresh n smelly plates n also in some food small cockrechs n haris string . After that I complain to manager they said don’t worry I will provide u some food in ur rooms. Next day they asked us to pay the bill for yesterday dinner . The hotel harassed us n call police to settle down the situation .n which was facing the issues . This is our worst experience,In my life . The Golden Tulip Hotel is not safe

Excellent location…. Courteous Service. Superb Food ! Will recommend it to friends & relatives. It’s in the midst of Mother Nature. You can see beautiful peacocks. Ms Preeti, Ms Nikita, Mr Kushal & Mr Namit deserve compliments for the helpful assistance

Shavi, navnit and khushal made the checkin process very swift and they also made by stay very comfortable as they are very professional and fulfilled all my request which is required by any customer. Great great staff to look forward. Full satisfication
