Booked the hotel through Agoda. The hotel owner was professional enough to charge 20/- for a mineral water bottle but forgot that professional approach when it was the customer's turn to receive what they paid for. A geyser as a showpiece in washroom may sound funny but it was for the geyser had only body but no connection with water pipes and no internal machinery just outer body. Room was subsequently changed but now the room given had stench from earlier guest leaving. A torn bath towel and a small soap to wash your hands after toilet and take bath, would speak a lot about sorry state of affairs in this hotel. Broken handle inside of the washroom door would add to cheapness and slopiness of the people involved in running this hotel. Hospitality was missing in all aspects - be it staff behaviour, owner's approach or clean rooms and hygiene, amenities basic of a hotel standard - ALL MISSING!
