No recomiendo que ningún turista se lleve una mala experiencia en su viaje por visitar un hotel con tal mal trato , habitaciones sucias y personal muy poco cualificado. Después de 7 noches no me permitieron subir a la azotea a estar 1 hora para esperar mi taxi al aeropuerto . Sin comentar que no te miran a la cara , que las habitaciones son pésimas , ruidosas , viejas y sucias.

Due notti in questo hotel per visitare velocemente la città. Posizione vicino ad una fermata della metro e ad un comodo supermercato Personale sufficientemente gentile senza particolare entusiasmo Stanze ampie, pulite ma spoglie e per niente insonorizzate Wi fi ok

Hotel absolutamente deteriorado, ya no es lo que solía ser. Pésimo servicio, habitaciones no funcionales.-En la primera que nos dieron la ducha no funcionaba y en lugar de arreglarla al otro día nos cambiaron de cuarto. En el nuevo, no había jabonera, mesa de noche rota, caja fuerte dañada, habían retirado la nevera. Todos los días tuvimos que pedir hasta 4 veces toallas pues no dejaban y la respuesta de las encargadas es que no habían. Durante dos días estuvimos buscando un gerente de turno para reclamar y nunca estuvo en el hotel. En el comedor, las servilletas manchadas de pintalabios, de comida, un horror. El personal displicente y poco colaborador. Imposible descansar pues tienen fiestas hasta altas horas de la madrugada y se oye en todo el hotel pues las hacen al aire libre en el área de piscina. NO recomendable en lo absoluto.

The staff was amazing. The place was well kept. We were greeted with cake and fruits in our room. My sis got ill and she alerted front desk and they got to her room even before I did and they called the paramedics and they never left until they came and did their checks to see that everything was alright. They were very generous. I definitely recommend this place. You will all feel welcomed there.

Tuve que hacer una reserva por 5 noches por un imprevisto y desde el minuto uno, la atención del personal, especialmente de la señora Claudia fué excepcional. Me asistieron a obtener una reserva en cuestión de minutos y a pesar de mi contratiempo, cada día que pase en el hotel fué genial. Siempre recomendaré este hotel por su ubicación, sus restaurantes y la amabilidad de su personal.

Quiero agradecer al Hotel El Panama por siempre brindarme el apoyo como Docente de turismo universitaria en abrir las puertas de este prestigioso hotel para enfocar a mis estidiantes en el campo de la hoteleria y no dejar de mencionar los servicios que ponen a disposición como habitaciones comidas instalaciones etc dando estos servicios de calidad Harry por excelente organización siempre a todas mis solicitudes del departamento de ventas Sr. Fernando del departamento de banquetes por tan excelente atención con su personal y disposicion en todo y la Gran clase de conocimiento que le brindó a mis estudiantes de la universidad Latina y universidad UAM Sr. Roberto Aranda un recorrido brindado de altura por su disposición y tiempo en enseñarle más allá las funciones del departamento de mantenimiento. Sr. Faruk del departamento de ama llaves que siempre está a disposición para dejarle un aprendizaje más a cada grupo que visita el hotel en este Departamento .
