The staff is amazing. Great experience. The breakfast employees go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. The family room is spacious and comfortable.

Checking was good been a platinum member at ******* they did honor a free upgrade thanks to Ms. Lia Hidalgo front desk manager.
The only inconvenience was that one section of the hotel is under construction and there was no note at booking.

The taxi service standing outside the hotel door and recommended by the front desk charged four times more the fare going for a trip.
Lack of flexibility for cancellation even it was requested more than twenty four hours prior.
Many stores and hotel areas were close giving a desertice feeling.

Great location and views. Right in the middle of the financial district. Right next to a mall. Rooms were clean and the shower was really nice

The location was perfect. Off Avenida Balboa, good proximity to everywhere I wanted to visit. I liked that there is a quiet driveway to get in to the hotel property, and it is not directly on a busy street. The breakfast was a plus.

The dirtiest hotel room in my life. Couldn't even think of walking barefoot in the room, or touching the remote or the phone. Hair everywhere, dirt on the floor and on the furniture. On top of that, old and broken furniture. Do not go there.

The room was dirty, moldy and smelling. The bed were not made when we got there, missing towels, the safe was broken, no bath math, no tissues. We had to call and go down 5-6 times foe every issues. We asked to see the manager, he was never there. The hotel is big, 62 floors, empty, no staff, no customers. The restaurants are all closed, except too. The bars are close. Book somewhere else.
